teya, i have a question...when filing up the AOS how did u know which form to use? in our case, his mom is going to be our sponsor.. should we fill up both I-864 and I-864A?

hi teya.. things have really been going slow on sending our AOS:| but i just wanna ask..my hubby called and the AVR says to wait on the packet info...not sure what that is..how are we gonna know if we have rfe? and u think it is ok for the beneficiary to call the nvc and talk to them?

we send it to them thru mail.. and the address that we used is the one in the coversheeet...we haven't send the AOS packet yet

teya, as soon as it shows that the aos and iv bill is paid...then its ok to send the documents even if we havent received forms from the nvc?

hey teya, i got the confirmation msg and IV bill is ready to be paid when i check on the online portal.. we don't have the IV bill invoice sent to an email yet but u think its ok to pay it now?

u think if the payment of the AOS bill is delayed its gonna slow down the entire process?
