Hi this is probably a silly question.
I saw a lot of the timelines in member's signature are like this:
XX/XX/2009: NOA 1 Sent from CSC
XX/XX/2009: Touched
XX/XX/2009: NOA 1 Hardcopy Received
...
What does "Touched" mean here?
Thank you!

Your A number is like your SSN, its yours for life so fill it in in the form.
Make sure you keep your EAD card because when you apply for AOS you can reapply for a replacement EAD and they will ask for that number I believe.
Thank you so much !! Then I will ask him to add the number in the form and send the petition package tomorrow!!
Fingers crossed!!

Hi I have been reading this site for a long time and my fiance is about to send out the I-129F Petition. However, I have a question which might be unique. I am hoping anyone from here could help me.
I am a Chinese. I used to study in the U.S. for a Masters Degree before. After graduating from the Master program, I got an EAD card with an A#, but the EAD card is not valid anymore after 1 year. Now I am working in Hong Kong. When we fill out the I-129 and G-325 form, should I put the A# on my former EAD card into the A# blank? Or I will get a new one when my case is approved?
Could anyone help me?
Thanks a million.
