Alright fellas...We're done with I-751!

This is how it went down:

April 28th-> Mailed additional evidence requested (RFE) documents.

April 30th-> Package delivered @ VSC.

May 17th-> Got the "Card production ordered" email from USCIS.

May 20th-> Received Approval Notice in the mail.

June 7th-> Got the "Approval notice sent" email from USCIS.

June 11th->Received new Green Card in the mail. The package was dated June-4.

They were a bit sloppy with this case. Didn't received NOA1 and

when my 2yr card expired I made an Infopass appointment to

get my passport stamped.Once there, an officer told me she

couldn't stamp my passport because "she had no way to tell if I

really didn't received the extension letter" and that there

were cases where people took advantage of this situation for

unlawful purposes (No idea what she was talking about-Whatever...).

She put an order in the system for the NOA and told me I should get it

within 2 weeks. A week later I got the 1 year Extension letter in the mail.

Then, they got the emails mixed up at the approval stage. This was a minor

thing since the important thing was that the case was approved.

Anyways I want to say HUGE THANKS! to everybody here. This is an invaluable

resource that makes things a lot easier for people going

through the immigration process.

I didn't send a tax transcript for 2009. We did our taxes (Married filing jointly) late in January and to my shock got a several thousand dollars bill instead of a refund from some issue back in 2007. Our economic situation is not good at this time and we don't have insurance of any kind or any joint assets, only joint debt.

Does anybody know if I still can get a tax transcript for 2009 even though I got no refund, just a huge bill?

Mailed package on 1/8, Received on 1/9 by VSC.

Received biometric appointment letter yesterday (1/28) dated 1/25 with appoinment date for 2/11. As of yesterday I haven't received a NOA so I'm in the same situation as GWEN666 AND SHUB...Does anybody has any idea of why this happens?? Does it affect case progress?
