although we found visajourney before we started our visa process but to be sure in filling the forms, we used rapidvisa.. my interview will be next month so i reviewed my papers and found that i made a mistake. When we started the process i was still in school so i put STUDENT as my present employment. Because of the process i took off this semester.. I only changed the information of my education information and forgot the employment info. We submitted DS-230 with the signed date JULY 30,2012.. what to do now?? please help....

My wife's case was completed on the 28th of Aug. I called NVC and finally assigned an interview (Oct 19)

our case was complete on Aug 16,2012

our intervew date for my wifes interview in Manila was issued today

Oct 16 is our big day 6:15 am

time for me book a flight to see my wife soon

I copied all the conversations on word document and printed them over 300 pages. I also stored them on a USB memory stick. It is overkill but it is better to be over prepared than under prepared.

are you going to bring all of the 300 pages?

i also copied ours in word document but did not print all, i printed 1-2 pages of our conversation on picked dates only....is that bad idea?

my case was complete 8-16-12 and i am also waiting for our interview

we will probably hear something from them early september and hopefully have the interviews set for early to mid october

all we can do is wait

thank you for all the answers.... i edited my timeline, i called NVC this morning, my case haven't left yet. they told me that there is no available interview dates for September and as soon as they got the date, they will forward my papers to Philippines, and they said it needs an interview date before my husband can do his medical... so i probably have October, i hope i get the first week. so eager to go home and be with my husband.

keep on praying to have the date as soon as possible...

i am a Filipina and i am in Philippines right now...i worked in Taiwan for 8 mos...do i have to get police certificate from them? actually i got police certificate before i leave but that was year 2009(certificate date APRIL 06 but left Taiwan April 24)....did you guys successfully get one through mail?how? what courier you used? i already called the taipei dfa police department,they asked to include return envelope but Cebu fedex and dhl won't let me prepay two way payment......need to send $6 too for certificate payment with the required documents......which is a no-no....help..thanks
