    Hi everyone. I am sorry I have not replied sooner. I was not ready. Rachid's interview was on the 25th. It could have been better, but it could have been worse too.

      So that is what we did. And then on Wed. when I called to find out what was going on they told us that that Rachid had insuffient evidence, after the woman clearly said WE had to much. I we had to wait at least 3 weeks to find out anything. But I am worried, because before Rachid left the interview she handed Him EVERYTHING BACK, I mean everything we ever sent. The only thing she kept, was his passport.

      We were not denied, but we were not approved either. The woman who interviewed Rachid, told him he had too much and she would not look at it. and to go look through it and bring back only a little. .

    What I would do to be with my husband??? What wouldn't I do, is the right question. I just got off the phone with Rachid & all I want to do is kiss him, I am so thankful for Rachid.

      I just pray they approve us, I am now afraid they are fishing to deny us. I sent them enough proof, so I do not know what is taking so long, other than maybe I sent so much and they do not want to look at it and they are putting it off till the last minute. :(

    Okay according to my tracking number, USCIS recieved our RFE today!!!! Will not be long now. What like 60 days? God willing.

      I wish, but I am not going to get my hopes up. Last night I recieved a text that USCIS officially recieved are RFE. So at least I know they put my RFE with the rest of my file. :) I would have loved to be fly on the wall justto see thier face when they opened the box and seen everyting I sent. lol

    Did I over kill my RFE, maybe so. But I do not care I rather send to much then not enough. I sent over thousand pages of inforemation to USCIS

      I sent everything! Every phone bill, every email, every instant message, more pictures, the dvd of our wedding, all my bank statements, everything they wanted, plus the statements from Rachid & I!! The box weighed 15 lbs nad cost a small fortune to mail. But it was worth it, if it means my baby will come home that much sooner!! :)

      yes, that is right. What the heck is up with all that it is crazy!!!!!!! Some of it will take time. And I only have one problem. I am a little worried.

    14 days or less till USCIS said they would adjudicated our case. God willing, they will actually do it.

      On December 13th they sent me a letter stating it would be adjudicated in 45 days or less. Then on December 23 USCIS emailed the senator I contacted and told the Senator it would 30 days or less. God willing, Rachid & I will hear something soon. This wait is really hard on both of us. Hopefully you too will here something soon.

    Called USCIS & my local senator 2 weeks ago.....still nothing! Little frustrated with the whole process. :(

      I did, in the end basically Rachid & I were told to wait 45 more days nad we will be answered by then. That will be on January 23rd. So we will see, I guess.
