Hei, just don't panic.
I have the same problem, no stamps in my passport.
Than I contacted the Ministry of Interior in Bulgaria. They was so quick with the respond and I got a certificate with all my exits and entries for two years period from Border checkpoint, even with the time and with ministry's seal.
Just try to contact US Customs and Border Protection, they may help you or just travel again to Canada and ask the officer, who is scanning your passport.
Just two of you concentrate and think about everything that you have done together and you will see that you could find so many proofs. I was almost giving up, but than we found so many proof that I forgot about them - shopping cards of both of us with pictures, a delivery note, signed by me but on his address.....It took us 1 month to get all of them and also translated.
Good luck!!!

That's what I did too. Also, any emails, phone records, or letters through the postal system help show proof of relationship. I made copies of four phone bills highlighting the international text messaging between me and my fiance, printed out four emails between the two of us, and made a copy of an envelope that had a card that my parents sent to me while visiting my fiance during Christmas. I highlighted all the dates of these and put sticky notes on them explaining how they showed proof of relationship.
Thank you! That is very helpful.

Thanks, We do not have hotel receipts
Hmm. When we sent ours in we sent airline tix for both of us, photos, receipts of places we'd been together, receipt for the engagement ring, etc... When you send stuff in be sure to highlight the date and the place the receipt was for. Do you have hotel receipts? Good luck! -
I do not have stamps in my passport when arriving in Europe, because I am a European citizen, too. But I sent them a copies of the stamps when I arrived back in USA, boarding passes, tickets and dated photos.
What did you send ? Did you send copies of your stamps in your passport ? -
My boarding passes don't have a year , only date month and boarding time; What would you do in this case?
Rather than itinerary you should submit boarding passes. How about pictures. Maybe you can tell is everything you did submit, this will enable readers to see where the voids are. -
What about if you have met in a country that nobody uses credit card and you do not even get a receipt for your purchase, if you do get a bus ticket there is no names on them?
yes, credit card statements? My credit card company has a year worth of detailed billing online. I purposefully purchased things with my credit card in route )Atlanta) as well as in Madrid on my last couple of trips over there (after I filed too, of course!).Also, cell phone bills? Again, they had a year worth of statements online. I did get a little sentimental when I saw the first calls I made to my fiance's cell after meeting him. The detail shows that I was in Spain, calling his Spanish cell phone (thankfully I was being too lazy to get a calling card!). Hopefully you were using your phone en route and also at your destinations together? My fiance gets lost easily, and twice I had to call him when I arrived at the airport in Madrid. A call from my cell to his, minutes after landing in his country. Why? because he is ALWAYS waiting in the wrong terminal!
I never did keep receipts either (I certainly do now), but there were other things we did have to show we were together (and of course, I had passport stamps, so mine was a little easier).

Hello everyone,
I just got a letter for submitting dated evidence of meeting in person within the two years.
I have already send this information with I-129 F package - airline tickets, boarding passes, photos.
What I should do?
Should I call USCIS?
Should I hire an attorney?
Thanks!
Should USC be present at the interview ?
in US Embassy and Consulate Discussion
Posted
I have red in the forum that some embassies have unwritten rules if the USC is not present at the interview. I called the embassy in Bulgaria and the officer was surprise that I am asking the question Could the USC be present?
She answer me that the interview is for the beneficiary not for USC.
Any opinion ?
