    Hi, I became a US citizen last May of this year and I am planning to apply for I-130 for my parents. I'm currently unemployed because I decided to go to school for nursing instead. My question is...which form do we have to submit for affidavit of support if my husband will co-sponsor them,I-864 or I-864A? Any idea will be appreciated. Thanks

    Hi I have a friend that got married to a US citizen in California on Dec. 2008 while she was a tourist. On April 2009 they got married in the Philippines. Now she is back here to be with her hubby and she is holding a tourist visa. They are wondering what kind of visa do they need to file? Can they fle CR/IR-1 or K3. I'll appreciate any idea.
