I've read your post yesterday & i told to my husband to call NVC asap coz we are the same priority date right? but sadly, he informed me this morning that the NVC operator told to him that we have no schedule yet for interview...they are only processing for dec 1, 2006, our visa number is not yet available... so so sad...he will call again next week when NVC issue visa bulletin for June,2010...hope to hear good news next week...congrats & gudluck sis!

hi jeanette...i think u remember me..(my pd is 12 dec 2006..)how are you? ok do u have any update? then please do share..btw i have something to update that my brother called nvc about my case they said they won't send any more mail to our mail address they just said to send all the paper(police certificate,birth certificate,etc etc) what they need and they did send a checklist about what to send..and now my dad is filing those requirement they said that my interview will be scheduled from my local us consulate...i m so happy...now just watching visa bulletin and hoping for interview call...please share ur experiance

my PD is DEC. 22, 2006 so by june is my interview...so very fast, i thought i will have my interview on aug but the NVC processing 6months in a month! its amazing...thanks GOD! hope to pass the medical & interview soon...

hi arash! im not saying that i will have my interview on may...i said i will receive my appointment for interview, coz ive read that when the case have already completed we will have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the appointment for interview so im expecting my appointment on may...and maybe it will be scheduled on july or august...it depends when our PD becomes current so we always have to check visa bulletin for each months..

Congrats M2a! im happy for u... , when is your Priority Date sis? mine is Dec 26, 2006 and my case was already completed last march 3...so in 2 months (may 2010)i will be receiving my appointment for interview...fingers crossed!

How long do you have to wait to get agent (ds3032)...? after the i130 is approved is it a long wait after that? I'm tired of waiting and waiting.. I just want this to go by so quick

I've read on the other site "girltalker" the one that sis pilya gave, Her PD is march 2007 and yet she got the DS3032 choice of agent last Feb 5 according to her...so i think your next in line....

calling them a week or two after sending them the letter and the child\s bc should be ok. just make sure u speak with a live operator, and seek to know if ur child\s name has been added to your petition.

that's what we did with our 2 children.

my hubby already paid the AOS fee & it shows paid, So now, do he wait to get I-864A package by mail or he can download the form online and sent it to NVC? & until now i haven't received confirmation that NVC accepted my DS-3032, i send last jan 25...if i dont reciv until nxt week i will call NVC...

hi samkunle! thanks for your help... my husband paid the AOS fee last jan 24 & now after 3 days it shows PAID so he now download the coversheet but it appears blank, how come? he has already updated the newest adobe reader 9.3.

and one more how can i check if my choice of agent thru email & mail received by the NVC...coz reading your timeline, DS2030 & AOS fee

Either jointly or otherwise, but the site makes it clear that it might be more advantageous to file jointly, i guess as per tax credits returned each year, but for us, i think we'll leave the status as it is till later when we join him in the Stat

hi samkunle! i have a prob regarding my address number, coz when i receive my NVC approval, the address is #022 malasin street, it shoul be #0226 malasin street...me & my hubby is worried, coz it might be a prob in the future for my interview or so, he try to call NVC & correct it but the number he dialed 603 334 0700 is always busy....

Samkunle, hi there! im also an LPR spouse, my PD was dec 26,2006...yesterday my husband receive the AOS fee bill, next for sure is my DS 2030...i just want to ask how to send the DS 2030 by email..do i have to scan it & send to NVC & wat is the email ad? & 1 more thing how to check online the status of our case...thanks for the reply..

ADMIRE: we have the same priority date, my hubby & i were not also expecting the paperworks to arrive as early as this...but of course its good...just update our case..tomorrow i will secure my documents like birth & marriage certificate, police clearance etc... just to be prepared...
