  1. Hello all. My journey is finally coming to an end Oath is tomorrow in Delaware. Received the letter last Friday online status never changed to this day. I heard that this had happened to some of you. I spent weeks after weeks waiting for a text or an email with an update and was worried that I wasn't going to be scheduled any time soon - either was a great surprise. I can't wait to say the pledge tomorrow! Whole process took a little over 5 months

  2. Hey guys! Congrats to those who are already done! Just wondering anybody out here from Delaware/Philadelphia? I passed my interview in the Philadelphia office recommended for approval on May 3rd and was told next available ceremony in Delaware(since I am DE resident) is in June however I haven't received a notice yet and my status online hasn't changed...should I worry?

  3. Hello, I have a name change related question. Me and my husband were married in the US June of 09. I am a native of Bulgaria and he is a US Citizen. We did not hire a lawyer because our case is really not all that complicated ( I am currently on F1 so I just need to adjust status) although some questions are arising along the way. I want to take his last name and have my maiden name as my middle name. I was told to fill out all of the paperwork with how I want my name to appear on my immigration documents and on the questions: Other names previously used? to write my current name....Anyone have experience with the same case? Here is a more visual example of how I want my name to appear:

Current: Fist Name / Middle Name / Maiden Family Name

New Name: First Name/ Maiden Family Name / Married Family Name

....I want to drop my "maiden" middle name altogether...

    Thanks!
