Hi I have an update. I was able to contact the NVC and they did get our petition and have sent it to the US Embassy. You can call them at 603-334-0700. Be sure to have your EAC# and birthday of each person. They will then give you the NVC# and tell you went it was shipped to the embassy.

Hi! Sorry to hear about your NOA2 issues. We received the hard copy of our NOA2 this past Monday, March 15th. I have been trying to call the NVC to see if they have received it but I can't get through. The number is always busy. So I have no idea if they have it yet or not. I will keep trying to call. May use their email address if i cant get through via phone today.
