    Hi Canadiandggal, yes, I signed up for the DHL delivery. We'll have to wait until the first interviews with the new system (some K1s this week) before we find out how long it'll take to get the visa back.

    Congratulations! Seems like Toronto consulate wasn't very quick if it's almost three months between your submission and your appointment date. It's super-easy at the consulate, just make sure you have all the documents handy and organized. :)
