  1. Hi everyone!!

I finally got my NOA2 yayyyy and I am starting to gather all the documents we will need for our interview. Looking in the internet I read in the USCIS website that for the K1 visa the I-134 affidavit of support, you don't need to meet the 125% of the poverty guidelines only the 100%, that the 125% is only needed for the I-864. Does anybody have any information regarding this. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.:help:

    Thanks,

    Mag

  2. No, the I-134 affidavit of support no longer have to be notarized.

You must sign Form I-134 in your full name. (Note: Signing Form I-134 is under penalty of perjury under U.S. law). For this reason, it is not necessary to sign Form I-134 before a notary, nor to have your signature notarize after you sign it.
  3. Hi Again!!! I am more excited now :dance: I just called NVC and they already have my approved case and they provided me with my SDO# :wow::yes: and the lady told me that they do "minimal" processing there and that it gets send to the Embassy very quickly. She told me to call next week to see if they have send it already, it's really moving wohoooooo

Come on VSC I want to see more approvals for my February friends here
