Thanks for the fast response
That is what I had originally thought but then I read on the website that for the I-134 only the 100% was needed and I got confused.
Thanks again,

Hi everyone!!
I finally got my NOA2 yayyyy and I am starting to gather all the documents we will need for our interview. Looking in the internet I read in the USCIS website that for the K1 visa the I-134 affidavit of support, you don't need to meet the 125% of the poverty guidelines only the 100%, that the 125% is only needed for the I-864. Does anybody have any information regarding this. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mag

Hey guys sheer up I know your cases are moving and very soon everyone would get their approval. Don't worry too much about not getting "touch", look at me I went straight to my NOA2 without been touch not even once To help you guys feel better I'll do some dance too      That's for all my friends here!!!

No, the I-134 affidavit of support no longer have to be notarized.
You must sign Form I-134 in your full name. (Note: Signing Form I-134 is under penalty of perjury under U.S. law). For this reason, it is not necessary to sign Form I-134 before a notary, nor to have your signature notarize after you sign it.
