yes, when call the NVC give them your "eac" number. They they will give you you "embassy case file number. Mine being in Kiev was a "KEV000000000". Then you can make contact with embassy after buying you oin from call center for 12 dollars. Then you can set you date. Of course packet three is a just sent and you do not really need it if you follow the instructions.

Uk, yse the dhl to see when you file was delievered. Then you can call them and set the date. that is what i did. David
