yah i'm w/ MTL....i called about 9:30 this morning.....DoS said they received my packet 3...i called around 5pm tonight and they gave me my interview date

when did you send your Packet 3 completed to MTL?

They have logged my packet 3 into the system that they have received it...no interview date though....did you get an interview date?

yah I sent mine April 6th....DoS claims they still haven't gotten it. But from what I heard...we're in the May14-21 scheduling period for the July/Aug interviews I believe...

the Petition wait was 37 days for us LOL...so we were all excited...we were told that first step would take 5 months...we were like OMG...LOL...and now this...we keep getting told 3-4months...so hopefully 3 cause it will be abit b4 July31st...we can move the date...but it's the idea of it! Just wish there were some answers some days!

so the D-230 is the only form we print off the rest we complete online. what is the link to those forms?

So those forms don't come in the Packet 3? and is there a fee for the Support paper from the petitioner? does he send that to me once he's completed it?

what are the papers I need to be collecting?

Hey, I looked at your timeline and you're 2 steps ahead of me! I called today and they said my packet 3 was sent March 23rd but they didn't know where from (NC or embassy), I take it you might know?! they told me it'd be 3-4weeks before I got it! ....thanks
