Here is a chart PDF, it is vary depending on age.
http://japan.usembassy.gov/pdfs/wwwf-cdc-iv-vaccination2007.pdf
Well, don't wanna say anything offensive, but Did you read my post that's on other your topic?
I linked embassy and the page contained above document too... but you started new topic...
I feel little bit sad...
(I'm just joking
)

If she has vaccination records, transcribe it for I-693
But since Japan stop giving a shot 'MMR'(Mumps,Measles,Rubella) I guess she may need it done in USA.
And also may need booster shot of 'DTap' or 'Tdap'(Tetanus,Diphtheria,Pertussis) (If her record is old).
I had these shots done at county health center in San Diego, cost me &10 for all.
Here is U.S. Embassy in Japan site explaining about Vaccination Requirements.

Congratulations to all who passed their interviews.

I received 3 notices for EAD,the last notice said 'We mailed your EAD card'.
It took 9 days from second EAD notice to receiving EAD card for me.
You may be able to negotiate with employee, talk about your situation,
but you can't fill out document without EAD & SSN which employee must obtain from you.
So I think you'd better to wait the actual card.

LPR can apply I-130 only, there is a waiting time about 4 years for AOS (seriously
!!!).

SweetApple08,
Wow !!! Dec2006 ??? Jump over 6month !!! What a delightful surprise !!!
I am so glad that everything is running smoothly for you
Have you done a medical examination?
I needed chest Xray due to a TB skin test positive, It was a pain, took a long time.
And as far as I know, we are not required to submit the police certificates for AOS.
I haven't received any news from USCIS, but will keep you update

Hi, SweetApple08
Your case transferred to Texas Service Center, right?
Texas Service Center Processing Times for F2A is " November 17, 2005". (As of Jan 2010)
https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplay.do;jsessionid=cbaUULViWLDeK7WrO2zDs
I think this is why they keep telling you wait.
But remember that 'The processing times indicate the timing for case review.
This case review cannot translate to a case approval, unless there is an available immigrant visa number.'
I know you feel frustrated with those things....
But, please don't give up !!
Did you see the April Visa bulletin !? It's moved to '01JUN06' !!!
Once, the Visa number become available for you, USCIS will approve your case.
I would go to local office with Receipt Notice in hand or call USCIS.
They don't work for us unless there is an available visa number.
Please refer to this web site for information below.
Priority Dates and Processing Dates
http://www.murthy.com/news/n_pripro.html
Immigrant Visa Allocation Process
http://www.murthy.com/news/n_visall.html
My AOS process may take 3 months (hopefully).
Now, application routed to the National Benefit Center (NBC) for review processing.
And I am attending school now because there are still chance to receive RFE.
So, once I obtain the Approval notice for I-485, I won't worry my status.
I'll keep update.
All the best and good luck to you

So, about my process, I re-submitted AOS document on March 1.
Then received email conformation of Acceptances from USCIS.
Finaly I've entered AOS process !!!!!!!
And, Sorry I didn't reply your post on another thread. I was trying to keep away from immigration things,
because I wanted to manage my emotion, I was so eager to re-submit but had to wait the March visa bulletin become current.
It is your turn now, I have nothing but best wishes for you

Hi, LPR Family & SweetApple08
---let me sum up my situation
---
I am F1 student, Married to LPR, living in USA.
I-130 petition filed March 2006, priority date is March 10,2006
Approved I-130 May 27 2009 ( I-797)
Sent out I-485 on Jan 13,2010.
---------------------------------
Little bit of bad news for me...
I received Rejection Notices from USCIS.
They sent back all document and fee check with I-797C Rejection Notice (each notice attach to I-485,I-765.I-131).
The Rejection Notice of I-485 said,
' The check amount is incorrect or not has been provided. The correct filing fee is $930. --abbr.-- also include an
additional $80 fingerprint fee.' ( I sent correct amount of $1010.00...)
' Based on the information you provided, your priority date does not appear to be current. --abbr.-- When your priority
date is earlier than the correlating cut-off date listed in the current Visa Bulletin, you will then be eligible to submit your
I-485 application.'
Other Rejection Notices of I-765,I-131 said, ' The check amount is incorrect or not has been provided'
So, I should have waited to send document till my priority date become current !
Even though USCIS person told me that I can send them now... Oh, yeah, I can't trust them anymore
I know It's gonna be soon to be current and I will be able to resubmit.
But still feel pretty bad
,because my priority is only 10 days behind the Visa Bulletin!
(now it is March 1 2006, mine is March 10 2006 ), result is that block me off ...
I have to redo my paper work with lack of energy .... sigh ...
To SweetApple08
Regarding your question, yes,I did not get anything after I-130 Approval notice.
No contact from anywhere made me worried and called both NVC and USCIS
(also e-mail to NVC for inquiry), then figure out the procedures.
I am still attending school and keep maintaining I-20.
Once I get a NOA for I-485, I am going to stop attending.
I will update again
Thank you Nekomyu and welcome in VJI am so happy that I found someone in here who is the same situation. Your application is getting very close to finally get the GC and free yourself of the "student status" Thank God!
I thought we had to deal with NVC (get a visa number). Your tips are very helpful and I will try to see what papers and documents I need to get ready for the application (to have them handy just in case).
After your I-130 approval notice (I-797) you did not get anything from anyone until you actually called USCIS to ask them when to apply for adjustment of status?
I talked USCIS customer service person 3 weeks ago for asking when I can send I-485?
They said ' you can send Adjustment of status document now because your priority date is about current '.Where you looking at the Visa Bulletin and estimating the time when to apply? How long before it becomes current can we apply?
Do you have any idea when you can stop attending school as an F-1 student? (I think I have read somewhere that it is after you receive the first NOA for I-485) is this the case? Right now are you going to school or doing OPT?
Keep us updated! Wish you good luck in getting an AOS approval fast.

Hi, there ! I've joined this forums today
I am Japanese and LPR spouse has been maintaining F1 student status in USA.
To SweetApple08,
I think I am same situation as you,
and understand how that is so hard to find a information like our case !
Now then,I inform you that we don't have to deal with NVC !!!
If you plan to adjust status from F1 student to GC in USA , we supposed to deal with USCIS.
Unlike NVC process, we won't get any notice after I-797 approval notice received.
Once priprity be current, we can sent adjustment status document to Chicago Lockbox.
My priority date is March 10 2006, approved I-130 May 27 2009.
A few days ago , I sent I-485 along withG-325a, I-693,I-864,I-131,I-765.
Now's visa bulletin shows our category's priority is March 1 2006.
I talked USCIS customer service person 3 weeks ago for asking when I can send I-485?
They said ' you can send Adjustment of status document now because your priority date is about current '.
Then I went to civil surgeon and collected all document as rapidly as possible.
Finaly sent out package Jan 13 2010 !!!
You are almost there, hang on
Oh, and you can start prepairing medical examination ( For me, It took over 2 weeks to be done so frustrating! )
The result valid for 1 year.
I will update my process
-------------------------------------------
Samkunle,The thing is that the beneficiary is already here in US and is on a student visa. The problem we have is to strech the school and be here legally to adjust status. The money is quite tight at the same time (barely making it paying school tuition and rent on one paycheck) and our goal is not to deal with US embassy (they are not nice at all in Albania). That's where the worry comes from. We hope to get something soon because otherwise we would have to pay an arm and a leg again to keep the student status.
I know about the five months Processing Time for TSC, but the tranferred cases from Vermont that were being approved now are of JUNE 2006 receipt date. I just wanted to let others know who are in the same situation.
Is anyone familiar what happens when the I-130 is approved but the person who adjust status is already here in USA. How long we deal with NVC (what forms are filled out)? When do we apply with USCIS for adjustment of status of LPR spouse - what paperwork they require? Is there any limits on the documents submitted like police certificates (should they be within a certain time frame)? Any tips are helpful. Thanks for your support and sharing your info (really helpful).
