Does your mother want to permanently move to the US?  Or does she want to keep travelling back and forth while still residing in Colombia?  If the former, then petition her.  If the latter, then aid her in renewing her B2.

She will move permanently to the usa

Quick question my sister enter the US with a tourist visa ( b1/b2) my wife just give birth she is been helping us a lot with the

new adition to the family, I wonder if anyone has ever file for an extension pros and cons.

Some posts i read that is the aplication is denied she will punish by a 3 to 10 years fine.

Here is the other option since she enter legally me apliying for her (green card) does anyone done that.

Hope someone will help us we will really apreciated it.

Si DOMESA tiene que entregar la visa en Bogotá se demoran entre 2-3 días hábiles. Si vive fuera de Bogotá se demora entre 6-10 días hábiles. Si su novia tuvo la entrevista el 8 de enero y hace cuentas apenas han pasado 4 días hábiles ya que el viernes 8 no cuenta y el lunes fué festivo. Lo más probable es que le llegue la semana entrante, o el 25 de enero a más tardar.

Hola a todos espero la esten pasando super. Una pregunta para los que ya recivieron su visa K1 mi prometida tubo entrevista en la embajada el viernes 8 de Enero y la visa fue aprobada. Cuanto tiempo se tardan en la embajada en enviarla a ella le dijeron que en 8 dias habiles o se tardan mas la ansiedad me esta matando en que ella se venga para donde mi si alguien me puede ayudar gracias....
