  1. thanks for the help guys :) I called and finally manouvered my way to a real person who told me that according to their files, the WAC number on the letter addressed to my husband is associated with my daughter, according to their records, and to bring her to the appointment for biometrics.

they also told me that my file is already approved????? I must be out of touch or something because I thought there was an interview at some point after the biometrics

  2. Boy its been a long time since I've been here! I just have a quick question, because I'm suspecting an error on our case.

I'm the canadian wife of a US citizen, I moved here in 2005 on the K-1 visa along with my 10 year old daughter from a previous relationship. Got married, yada yada yada, and it comes time to apply for the removal of conditions. Filled out forms and paid fees, mailed off in the end of November.

we've received a letter addressed to me advising of a biometrics appointment scheduled for Jan 12.

We've also received a letter addressed to my husband (the US citizen) with a different WAC# advising him of HIS biometrics appointment scheduled for Jan 11.

We have NOT received one for my daughter as of yet, and these 2 letters showed up prior to christmas.

My question is, have they made an error? Since when does the US citizen need to go have their biometrics taken? 2 years ago it was just me and my daughter they wanted.

I've tried calling the mis-information line and cant get through, something about their systems being down

Anyone know what is going on here?

  3. my daughter just completed 3rd grade in Texas after moving from Ontario last year. Try talking to the teacher and getting to know them. my daughter's teacher would call me every time something was coming up in the ciriculum that Taylor might need some extra time with (ex. recognizing U.S. currency in math class)

otherwise she transitioned remarkably well, making the honor roll with a 98% average, and a year younger than her classmates! *insert proud mommy smile here* LOL

  4. I can relate, my husband is sleeping right now, after having just worked 9pm to 7am. he works all sorts of shifts, all the time, and lately his days off are to allow him to sleep before he goes in for an early morning shift... he's trying to hang in there because there's rumor of a promotion coming down the line, but I give him till summer before he starts looking for another job.

    hang in there!

  5. in my opinion, God created these animals for my enjoyment,

    :huh::huh::huh:

WOW! Don't even know what to say to that...

And as to your other point...spaying/neutering doesn't make an animal fat, overfeeding them does!

my cats are all fixed, and all are a healthy weight...

  6. WOW...how did you find this???? THANKS!!!:thumbs:

I've been looking for a pair of earrings that I bought, that I gave away and it's at least nice to know they are out of stock of them, not that I just keep missing them.

Have you also noticed that on the actual site, they offer 4 pieces of jewelry at a time...?

LOL I got it from a little crafting message board that I just joined, I was going to tell them about the jewelry club website, and it turns out they were one step ahead of me with the friggin catalogue :P

yeah, I did notice the 4 at a time, thats a good update though

  7. Karo, keep watching that channel, they've also got Animal Cops Detroit, Animal Heroes Phoenix, Emergency Vets, and a TON of other shows just like that, that I am COMPLETELY addicted to...

Yep, that Cesar Milan is so cool .... I want him to come to my house and sort out one of my dogs!

LOL I am trying to hold back on calling him until my pups are at least full grown :P dont want to give up too soon
