    OMGSH! same thing happened to me with the RFE! I ALSO filled out the form 7 months before I applied thinking I was a genius for preparing SO early haha! I felt so embarrassed for this mistake! UGHHH...

      It's been nearly three weeks since you sent packet 3 right? Try emailing dublincons@state.gov. Reference your case number and ask if they're received all the required documents, etc.
