Hope someone can help me here. My Dad is filling out I864 for his son but my Dad is currently separated from his wife. What should my Dad put on his I864 part 5 #3?

My mom got visa approval monday october 22 ...picking up visa next monday..she was only asked two questions...who am I to her and when was the last time she spoke to me..Thanks vjers.

Called Nvc last night and got interview date- October 22 ..Email came in around 1:50 am today. Someone please update me.Thanks

Put what is on your taxes. Then send a copy of your W2 to show just your income. Also get a employment letter on company paper that shows your rate of pay, hire date and position and have someone sign it. This is what we did for my wife's parents and had no problems. We also ordered copies of past 3 years transcripts from the IRS and sent them.

Hey vjers a quick question;I filed taxes jointly with spouse. On our tax transcript it has our combined income. What do i put on question 25? Do i have to look at my W2 and put my individual income?

Okay...they told me to call around the end of this month! but let let me ask you on my NOA2 says that they already sent the petition to NVC but I should not call in 30 days for processing!Does say the same on your NOA2?

Yes the same is written on almost all Approved Noa2..

P.S. Just call NVC got my Case and Inv number.

Thanks S&ET and LoveRani.Jusjuswife sorry to hear hussy had lost passport.It is such a hassle when u have to go to passport and GRO offices.They love to give people the push around especially if they know you need it asap.Dont worry you still have a chance to get September interview.

Finally...i can now exhale..For those who might have remembered my hubby had his interview June 29.He was asked quite a few questions but was only asked to see album.However consular said there was only one problem and that was the joint sponser filed taxes wrong n it was either the joint sponsor amend taxes or get another sponsor.I got another sponsor and Fedex package to Embassy.They received it on 16 June and on 27 June case status on their website updated to case approve.Hubby took in passport today and will pick up visa next wednesday.we are so happy.Those still waiting dont give up.
