My wife did her 1 1/2 months before.

You only need the NOA2 approval notice and your MNL#.

So your wife took her medical 1 1/2 months prior to interview right?cause i'm also planning to take my medical 1 1/2 months to be sure in case of some findings comes out,talk to an embassy customer service earlier and he said it's ok to have it done(medical) (1 1/2 months prior to interview) coz medical results are valid for 6months

Hi gingpt_1108, just busy with facebook lately.. our case was completed nov. 30th.. 7 weeks later I got our Interview date thru NVC Live Operator.. guys don't just based on what the recorded voice message will say to you.. I talked to an Live operator there I got our interview date.. the next day I got an email from NVC with my Appointment Letter.. I'm still preparing some documents for my medical and interview next month.. and of course, my resignation letter.. I learned that NVC update their system every mid of the month.. actually until now everytime my hubby checked our case the recorded voice message keep on saying " your case was compelted blah, blah, blah.."

Hi, I'm LPR's Spouse from the Philippines. We filed I-130 last Dec. 08, 2005.. As of now, we received our NOA2 last April 30, 2009 and our case was forwarded to NVC. I also got a letter from NVC with our new case number.. and now, again waiting for our visa to be available.

What's your Priority Date?

I am assuming you are in the F2A category like others in this forum. Am I right? Your profile shows you were approved for AOS (Adjustment of Status). Does that mean you are currently living in the US? Please clarify.

hi thanks for taking time to answer me,FYI it's true that I'm F2A and my priority date is Nov22'05,I'm not under AOS and not yet in the US.Case Completed last Dec22'09 and waiting for the appointment date,just called the NVC this morning and said we're not yet on the Feb interview,try to call 2nd wek of Feb for new batch of appointments

I hope you could give me some insight regarding my visa journey.I am also a beneficiary from a LPR pettion,I would just like to know upon reviewing your NVC track that your case was approved Nov30'09 right?,so have you had your interview already?When?Mine was approved last Dec22'09 and anxiously waiting for the email for the appointment for interview

mine was approved oct. 29, 2009... and my hubby got a letter with the case number a month after. and since i got the approval letter, i havent heard anything from them yet...... so, beneficiary will be receiving a letter soon... according to some of VJ members that are done with all the processing... it will take most likely 1 YEAR after approval till beneficiary will first step foot at POE... check JIM_MICHELLE'S timeline and you'll get an idea from it....
