Does your town or city have like a city hospital? They usually offer their own assistance program. When I was pregnant and I wasn't a resident yet, and even as resident, I qualified for that and paid 20 bucks per visit and my delivery was free, that was covered by medicaid (emergency only).

You don't have to certified any of this documents

every foreign document you need to translate to English

and submit copy of that document, too

no need to spend money on translation,

ask someone who speak fluently English and Your native language, and certify so at the end of translation

so be patient

if you wouldn't get any letter from them in more then a month

ask for info-pass !
