Hello to anyone out there.

My fiancee went to her interview in Sydney, Australia on August 24. While there, she discovered that she did not have her receipt of paid fees along with her paperwork. She did not have the ability to pay again while in Sydney and had to leave without an interview. We have requested a new interview date but have no idea how long it will take to get a new date requested.

Question: How long does it take to reschedule an interview with the consulate? Or what is the best procedure to handle this delay? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

Question 11 on the Affadavit of Support Form I-134 asks to check if I intend (or not intend) to make specific contributions to support to my Fiancee when she arrives here. What does this mean? What I mean is that she is to be my wife so I do intend to give her financial support. Or are they asking about another type of situation? Anybody out there who could give any clarification to this it would be appreciated.

I am a US citizen filling out the I-129F for my K-1 visa. On Part B Question 20, the question is, "your fincee will apply for a visa abroad at the American embassy or consulate at:"

My girlfriend lives in Brisbane......there is a consulate in Sydney but a "virtual consulate" in Brisbane--whatever that means.

So my question is which city should I put down for the consulate? I am not sure if "virtual consulate" counts.

On the I-129F form there is a question #14 on part B about putting down the address your fiancee intends to live.

What if we don't know yet, cause I am looking for a place for the both of us to live? (I am currently waiting till my lease agreement expires with my landlord)

I have just joined up with this forum last week and am trying to get my K-1 paperwork organized. I was wanting to know if anyone has had trouble with the G-325a form. Whenever I print out the form, it puts a bunch of zeros on the field that one is supposed to put down for the year. This does not make any sense. Everywhere I have looked online for this form has this problem. Does homeland security not want the year that I was at my previous residence and employment?
