    I am surprised to hear that u guys met in bangladesh and married there. Well I am not quite sure how does that work for the foreigner to get Police clearance, but I beleive you need to prove them that u guys were married in Bangladesh and show the passport and give them the time period that how long he was living there. I think its much better if u can contact with Bangladesh ambessay in DC
