We are all done with NVC ,with consulate, my wife get her passport stamped yesterday,and all is good ,after long time I fell happy,,.

But i have one question for all of you, so if somebody could tell me i will be thankful.

OK this is what going on,, i already have my United Airlines ticket back home, and we need to buy one more ticket for my wife, i was searching internet ,and also call some travel agency, and could not find ticket which will mach to my schedule of flight.There was some travel agency who ofter one way ticket ,but in that case my wife will have to travel alone and that one way ticket cost 1600 $.(Those are the price when you buy ticket in Europe)

So we buy two way ticket from United Airlines for my wife for 1100 $ and we have same schedule of flight and we will have seat next to each other.

So will this make any problem on the port of entry,,, my wife is IR1 visa, maybe the guy who will check my wife paper will ask as way she have two way ticket when she moving to USA permanently?

Will this cause to us any problem? Please we need you opinion.

My wife case was completed on February 12 and we got interview date for April 7, but i call embassy and they told me to call them Thursday march 18 or Friday march 19 , so they will give me earlier date for interview maybe around march 25 , since embassy here in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina is not so busy).

I took a ton of proofs of our marriage and was asked for none at the interview, but I am still glad I took it, even if just for peace of mind. Make sure you have your 2009 taxes ready. I had my interview on April 2 and was asked for my taxes (even though they were not due). Luckily I had done them and had a copy. That was the only thing they wanted from me.

Yes i will bring my 2009 taxes, this year i got 1100 $ back,,

also my parent are my sponsor also,, they did not yet pay they taxes for 2009 , but i will bring copy of they W2 forms.

Just write a story about your relationship...trips and things that have happened since you submitted the I-130..or if you never wrote one initially, go ahead and write one now.

This is first time do i hear some think like that is necessary, but no problem , we will do that.

USUALLY, for I-130, the evidence presented BACKS UP the data points presented in the EOR.

this is no problem, i was visiting my wife regularly,,

here is our history,,

April 2002 she become my fiance, i move to U.S.A

September 2004 -November 2004 i visit my fiance and she become my wife during my visit . i spend with her 45 days.

August 2005 -November 2005 i visit my wife and stay with her for 90 days

August 2006 -November 2006 i visit my wife and stay with her for 100 days.

August 2007 -November 2007 i visit my wife and stay with her for 110 days.

June 2009 i come to visit my wife and i am still here, i decide to stay with her till her immigration process is done.

There was no visit during 2008 since i was in process to become U.S.A and i was waiting to become U.S.A citizen so this time i could stay longer with my wife.

So since we been married we spent 540 days or 45 month together, till this day,and i am still here with my wife.

I have some of airline ticket but not all of them , but i will call my travel agent and ask them to give them if they still have them.

Ok, interview is schedule for April 7 , what we have is next:

Western Union slip for year 2002, 2003,2004,2005 there is about 44 western union transaction in amount of approximately 18 000 $.That is what i send to her,, there is my name as a sender and her name as a receiver.

About 400 $ monthly.

Bank statement where clearly are show all transaction on checking account,when my debit card was use, name of town, and country,,My wife had my debit card since 2006, that is much better than paying fee to Western Union.

And since 2006 while she using my card she pull out of my checking account around 19 000 $.

About 400 $ monthly.

Also we have wire transfer statement when i send her 3100 $ to buy a car, this was in 2003 .

I have all phone bills since 2002 till this day in amount of 15 000 $. (YES, LONG DISTANCE LOVE COST MANY)

We have few letter what i send to her,,(there was no need for more leter since i have so big phone bill)

So this is all ok,, but we don't have much of picture,,we have our wedding picture, and only few more picture of her with my family and me with her family,,reason way,, cause she was always running away from camera, i have one picture where she could not runaway and her brother took that picture of her and me,, but she turn away her face,it is strange women, don't like camera,,oh well still is my wife,,

So in your opinion will this be good for interview..

MY wife's ir1 case was complete at the NVC level on March 8. We are now waiting for an interview date and should be getting an email from NVC any minute now. My next question is, now what?

What else do we need to do in preparation for the interview? When do we get the medical checkup? Anything else?

Will the interview email explain everything we need to do?

I am hoping to get an interview setup in April since I just learned from a VJ member yesterday that the 8th - 12th is when NVC schedules them for the following month. It looks likes we made it just in time ( I pray ).

Will the interview email explain everything we need to do? YES IT WILL.

When do we get the medical checkup?GO TO USA EMBASSY WEB PAGE AT COUNTRY WHERE INTERVIEW WILL TAKE PLACE , ALL INFORMATION ARE THERE.

Anything else? ALL EVIDENCE OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP,PICTURE, PHONE BILLS, BANK STATEMENT AND SO ON,, MORE IS BETTER.

Once NVC ship your document to embassy, and when they arrive to embassy, call embassy and ask them is anything missing , and they will tell you,,

Hello guys!!!!! i received my 1st NOA for I-130 on 10/23/2010 and they send me an I-797E (request of evidence) on 03/03/2010, the 1st NOA for mi I-129F on 12/08/2009 and i am still waiting for the 2nd NOA, so i don´t know i think that now i have to wait more than you to receive my 2nd NOA just for that request.

Hopefully you kept copies of everything you sent to the NVC in triplicate. Make sure your beneficiary has a copy of every single bit of paper sent to the NVC.

With the NVC you sent copies of your birth certificate...they will want the originals potentially in the interview. Anything that you sent that was a copy of an original (such as the BC. police certificate, etc.) make sure your beneficiary has the originals in hand before the interview. Depending on the country, if the police certificate is older than six months you may be required to obtain a new one for the interview.

Keep two copies for yourself in case there is any sort of emergency AND make sure you send your package DHS, FED EX or USPS in trackable form and request a signature for the package.

All what we send was pure original document with official blue Apostille stamps from court and police, and also original international birth certificate and marriage certificate.

Sponsor did not file tax extension, so this is ok,,we don't need to bring anything else, NVC will send our document to embassy.

* Failure to present all necessary documents to the Consular Officer will result in

the applicant's immigrant visa being refused at the initial interview.

We send original document to NVC, did this mean we need to get all that document again and bring it to interview?

On march 8 NVC will begin to schedule interview for people who case is completed in February.

For all of you to be know.. just wait you should receive e mail by end of third week of March, but only in case if you consulate is not to much busy.

I am pretty much sure do my wife will receive e mail with date of interview by march 20, and than we will have interview before that date, cause i call embassy and lady on the phone told me ,that they not busy at all, so when embassy receive our document from NVC we could have interview if we want,before date what NVC give to us.I just have to call embassy,isn't this great..

Did anyone who case is completed in February get interview date for March?

My case was completed by NVC on February 12, i hope my wife will get interview date by March 15. Anyone else with similar NVC complete case date

My case was completed on 12 February. First said on the online page and then confirmed by NVC operator. Still waiting for the Interviwe date. My guess is that as the second week of February already paased, i wil be scheduled in March for an April appointment.

I call embassy here in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and i ask lady on the phone how busy they are in April, they told me not busy at all, so once embassy receive paperwork from NVC if i wish i could call embasy and they will give me first available date.

I guess I will fall into this group, I should have case complete by the end of the week, or next week. I am preparing for the march interviews coming up. I found out its nearly impossible to get of hold of nvc unitll 8pm pst or later right before they close. I just check today, still no sign in failed and based on previous people, the sign in failed usually happens a few days before the automated system says case complete.

I have my naturalization interview coming next week, some one told me that once you pass naturalization interview, they take oath on same day? is this true? Btw it's New Jersey.

I had my oath 3 weeks after my interview,, but my mom have oath same day just one hour after her interview, so all depends.

CAse was completed February 16, 2010. NVC says that they wont be scheduling interviews until March...

YES ,when my wife case was complete NVC still have two day to schedule interview, so i wonder did they schedule interview or not.
