  1. Is understandable why you bastards hate soccer. Is best for you girls to stay home and watching your famous soap opera and for you women beater stay home watching nascar and scratching your a$$$es while drinking in you trailers..

look at that car I beat it will make a left turn next, idiots

  2. Quote: Not too sure on a time limit however after the I-94 expires(90 days from entry) the person is out of status. So the sooner the better.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The I-94 typically expires 90 days or so from your POE..

The K-1 holder has 90 days from the day of entry to comply with the requirement of getting marry.. then is then AOS.. right????

  3. Paying the AOS fee means he's on the CR-1 track. If it were K-3, it would have passed from NVC right to the US Embassy without any fees or documents being collected.

Here are LingChe's Shortcuts. Use them as a step-by-step guide for what to do next.

You're sweet to help your brother. Good luck!

P.S. AOS, in this case, means Affidavit of Support, not Adjustment of Status like in the K cases. Read LingChe for more information about it.

    Thank you so very much..

  4. Forgive my ignorance, and no matter how much I read I still dont find the difference [or possibly not reading well] between the CR-1 and K-3 Petition..

I'm trying to help my little brother (USC) who got married in the Philippines. I'm getting involve now as he found himself a little confused of the esteps to follow..

He submitted his petition and is at NVC. His last transaction consisted in paying $70 for the AOS fee. I get totally confused since it was my understanding the AOS is done when the person gets here.. anyway.. I would like to know what guidelines should i follow in order to assist him with the rest of the process, applications, etc, etc..

    Thank you in advance,

  5. Um, do you mean that the petitioner is expecting the beneficiary to share the expenses of AOS or are you talking about something else? Because there is a big difference. AOS is pretty expensive at $1010, so the beneficiary better be helping out with that. If you are talking about something else, then you do have some sort of fraud or extortion going on.

No, definitely we are not talking about any of the fees here [unfortunately].

Common sense, of course, would tell us to either go to police or seek for assistance including the embassy or consul from the country in question. I am not in her shoes, nor I can’t imagine how I would feel when I have no body at my side, when language is a problem and possibly more other inconveniences.. I am talking notes of all the possibilities and help she can find and has suggested as they come... thank you

It seems the beneficiary is the victim here, what would she be hidding.. But, you just never know..

Beneficiary has nothing to hide, just lost in the middle of no where [figurative] with no moral support [for now]

  6. If the AOS has not been process not sure if she has any benefits here.. It would be best for her to consult an attorney, but at the same talking, would she be able to do something when she is not really done/comply with all the legal process as of yet?

however, it is horrible to know someone will lie and bring someone, specially a women, from their homeland to this country with the sole intentions of earn money from her...

Yes, it is really sad how manipulative people can be, especially when the person has fallen in love and left everything behind for a dream which was a lie from the get go. Now she is in a foreign country with no family, no money and just the manipulative intentions of an individual

  7. I would like to see the proof for both of these statements.

If the government will use our “visa fees” [not a federal funding] imagine Chuck's reaction when the US Goverment starts using our tax dollars?

Maybe he was reading the headings from the “Trailer Tribune”

Ok, this is all from me, sorry chuck your ignorance should not be the topic here but our brothers and sister suffering this terrible tragedy..

  8. it might since there gonna be using your visa fee money, to plane all them hiatians over here with no visas required ,,but yet us american citizens have to go through all this bullcrap pay all these fees to prove our wifes not gonna be a burdon to amercan goverment what a joke i believe in helping anyone, but but but we need to be more dedicated to our own people in this country its all all all about money other words american says you not rich you have no forien wife even though your sopose to be able marry whoever your choose i know for a fact alot of peoples visas gets turned down for no reason only so they can steal the middle class peoples money.thats good old america for ya

Let me guess "Chuck" kkk member? don’t you think your trailer park could have better repertoire  rather than looking overseas for a mate?

  9. Hi Vjers, I am new and this is my first posting. Have read and read many topics and by the time I finish reading I get more confused, possibly I need to stop reading too much as I get conflicting information.

    My question:

    Medical Records,

My fiancée came from brazil as a K1, we are in the process of getting marry. I know we need to sent complete the I-693 -Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status via certified Doctor.. My fiancee's records have translated by the same doctor who conducted the original examination prior interview, can I use that one or I need to visit one of the doctors in the US and contribute with their wealth?

Thank you in advance for your contribution and help
