No they are not helpin at all - I have tried callin and reachin out all in vain. They dont pick up their phone calls. The option I have to find another way. And i DONT KNOW how.

Please help help - I filed a vawa case a couple months ago - but a weeks ago - I received a RFE, the Immigration Service really wants a birth certificate, passport or naturalization certificate for my ex to prove her American Citizenship. I can get it from her because we are not speaking term. I have tried contacting her sister but all in vain.

According my attorney, She could only have become a US citizen by applying for citizenship or having her mother become a US citizen when she was still a child. I was counting on the CIS being able to find her in their database which they couldn't. This doesn't mean that she is not a US citizen, it just means that she never applied for citizenship or had her parents apply for her.

Most likely, she became a US citizen by having her parents apply for registration of a US citizen born abroad through the US State Department at the consulate. Unfortunately, the CIS cannot access the State Department information and there is no way to get that information- other than from ex by getting a copy of her US passport.

how can I do that - we completely finalized our divorce, so I can ask for her info from the country embassy she was born

Please I need your support/advice - I have been married for past 11 months and before that we dated for 5 years but she has been abuse - includin pourin boing milk, I have been hit, kicked and pached - called all kind of names- since we got officially married she threatened to call ICE on me if I will ever leave, taken all our savin from bank to give her boyfriend and got pregnanted by him, BF threaten to kill me on several occasions, she kicked me out our house after she hit with a cookin pan... I mean its terrible - Im homelss, no job - my school is libo- I mean I never imagine to be in such horrible situation in my life.

Please any help will be appreciated - Im desparate gh

I have been adviced to file for VAWA but my fear is lack of good moral character- due to a wet wreckless drivin I had 3 yrs ago and possesin a wrong ID I had 8 yrs ago. Im done with all probation period.

Please can someone advice/guide me what I need to - wheather I should go ahead and file

What are chances my I -130 getting approved and how long does it take to get the first communication from VSC
