no it is not 131 any longer. In june it went up to 350.00. I found the entire process confusing, frustrating and really pissed off that people are put through such a process...but i am happy it was a positive outcome.

Please don't take anything I have said as gospel....I don't know what will workfor you....seems so relevant to the interviewer you get and the confidence shown by the person being interviewed. Remember they are expecting a scam soif you are presenting valid info ....be confident.

I did not include a copy of my latest income tax report for the I-134 because from previous posts on VJ it was said thatthe current income was the determining factor...I started a new job 2 months ago and make better money now so I included thosepay stubs. She was asked why I did not include my tax return and she gave them the reason I just stated....was accepted.

Also to continuefrom last post....theperson being interviewed should know personal facts about the petitioner...Shewas asked about my previous wives..names, my dogs nameand how long I have had the dog....simple stuff that 2 people who plan on sharing life together would obviously talk about...also my job and how long I have done that type of work etc,kid/sfrom previous marriages his name,age,work

I don't know what impact it had on the result of the interview but presentation must account for something. I had seperate report type binders for the info required...like copy of original petition, evidence of financial support (money Gram etc from beginning to most recent), evidence of contact (many pages of phone call logs), evidence of my visit to Nigeria (pics, flight,hotel rcpts,passp...
