Hi there... I'm from Davao but I live here in Costa Rica. So, I had my interviewed here in San Jose consulate. I got my visa after 2 days from interview here Costa Rica. I think every consulate is different and I don't have idea how long it takes in Manila consulate before you can receive the visa.
