  1. Initially when the I-134 is needed you are not required to supply the 2009 Tax transcripts or return. later you will for AOS. Look at I-134 instructions for what is needed in the K-1 interview.

Fiancé(e)s (K-1), spouses (K-3), returning residents (SB-1) and follow-to-join employment (E) applicants use the I-134 Affidavit of Support form. This form must be executed less than one year prior to the visa application. A copy of the sponsor’s most recent Federal income tax returns and evidence of current employment must accompany the I-134.

This is what I found from the Manila embassy website but I don't know if it's set in stone.

  2. So my fiance is moving next week and I need to get his address changed with the USCIS. I called the service number the other day and was told I had to submit it in writing to the CSC where our case was at the time. However today I just found out we got our NOA2 (yay!). So..do I still send the change of address to the CSC or do I need to address it to the NVC? And is there anything I should know about sending out the paper? I was planning on putting his previous address and then his new address as well as our case number and then sign and date it.

My fiance moved too right before we got our noa2. I just called the embassy in Manila and told them about her new adress and it was fine. It's an $18 call though.
