How long does it take until you can see your case status online? We did bio about two weeks ago and still my case status isn't recognized.

I sent in only the DS 3025 with my wife's K-1 AOS paperwork and we were approved without an RFE. Attached to the paperwork I attached a letter explaining myself:
1. In accordance with the instructions from both the I-693 and the I-485 I am submitting XXXXXX's DS-3025 to validate her vaccination requirements for the Adjustment of Status from a K-1 Visa to a permanent resident.
2. The following excerpts were taken from the Instructions on Form I-693 (Rev 2/25/10) and Form I-485 (rev. 12/03/09). These will show no I-693 is required to validate vaccinations:
a. Excerpt from I-693 instructions, page 4. Specifically Section III, Para 2.c.b
i. Even if a new medical examination is not required, you still must show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original, overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the vaccination report completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you are required to Part1, Information about you, Part 2, the vaccination chart and Part 5, the Civil Surgeon’s Certification, of Form I-693.
--This tells me that I still must show proof of Vaccinations and if I don’t have a DS-3025 then I must complete the I-693. I am showing proof of vaccination with a DS-3025 and therefore do not need an I-693.
b. Excerpt from I-485 instructions, page 4, paragraph 8 under Initial Evidence
i. If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your Form I-485.
--We are applying under a K-1 Visa. XXXXXXXXXXX had her examination within the last year and we are including her DS-3025 with the I-485 for proof of the vaccinations.
3. The above show that an I-693 is not required with the AOS for a K-1 Visa. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact XXXXXXXX. Thank you.

My K-1 AOS was approved through the CSC without an I-693. I submitted a memo with the 3025 in the AOS paperwork basically listing the instructions that pointed to the fact that the 693 was not needed.
I was hoping to not get a RFE and luckily didn't get one! The USCIS needs to get standardized...

My case was transferred to the CSC on July 17th (June 9th NOA1). Today I received the card production email for my wife's Green Card! There is hope...I wasn't expecting that for a few more months.

My case (my wife's case) was transferred to the CSC July 17th. Today I received an email that Card production was ordered on her AOS!!!
How long has it taken you guys to receive the Green Card? She leaves for Korea in 10 days, but I think receiving it by then is pretty optimistic. I'm very happy today though, but I have to leave her for 4.5 months starting next Thursday

We just received my wife's AP today!!! (Thanks for updating the Website).
Anyway, we received two indetical I-512L Parole Documents with my wife's picture on the bottom left. The bottom right spot is reserved for a parole stamp, but there is no stamp.
Is this correct? It seems like there should be a stamp there....Please help. Thanks.

Question:
My wife's EAD/AP were touched three times in the past week. Her EAD was approved and card production started. That is good news, but we were really hoping for the AP since I am deploying soon and she will go back to Korea after I leave.
Is it possible that they only updated the website/text/email for the EAD and not the AP? It seems they usually approve both on the same day...

What was your NOA1 date? How long did it take to get the EAD/AP?
I'm deploying soon and my wife would like to return to Korea for a majority of the time, but we are still waiting on the AP.

I've searched, but didn't find everything I was looking for...
I am deploying in about a month and want to get everything ready for my wife to take to the interview. Is there a list of things that they will want/need to see? I just don't want to burden her with anything when I'm not here to help out.

Hmm, that strange. Are you including the dashes when entering the receipt number?
No dashes, all 13 letters, including the MSC. I've tried all 3 case numbers (AOS, EAD, AP) and no luck. I did receive the appointment for biometrics the other day so I think the case is being processed, just no status online. I would call the 800 number, but I remember using that for my 129F and how angry I was when I hung up the phone. Hmmmm...

I've checked and rechecked the receipt number, but it's like it's not there...How long after you received the NOA1 did you guys see your case online?

It has been about three weeks since our AOS was received in Chicago. We received the NOA1(about 15 days ago) for the AOS, EAD and AP, but I still don't have access to the case online. Anyone have a situation like this? I'd like to know where the case is right now.

I potentially will be out of town for the biometric appointment date, although I haven't received the date yet (just anticipating). Is it possible to change this date once you receive it? I'm sure it is, but just checking...

For AOS, do I need to include the original marriage certificate, or will a copy of the marriage certificate do? Thank you!
I included a certified copy because I got 5 of them when we filed the paperwork. The I-485 Instructions say include a 'copy of the marriage certificate,' but the VisaJourney cheater says include a certified copy. The I-485 should be the source document so I think a copy would work.
If someone else knows something different...

Yes, only submitted the vaccination worksheet(photocopy of our photocopy). My thoughts are still as they were back then--I wouldn't spend another penny paying somebody to copy my list of immunizations to a new piece of paper until I was forced to by an RFE. I was 100% positive that no other shots were needed. We weren't bothered by a possible RFE and didn't think an extra couple of weeks to fix it (if one came) would change our lives in any way.
****DISCLAIMER****to others reading this----
Just because you had a medical and got a visa does not mean you have all the shots for AOS. You can get a visa with no shots. If you can't read and interpret the immunization requirements, then you might need to see a civil surgeon so he can interpret it for you.

Concerning your first post: Pertussis is the P in Tdap, so she's had the immunization.
We got AOS with no I-693 and lot's of others did too. Then they changed contractors who open and process the AOS applications and so many people applying around November got RFEs. My guess has always been the sudden change to medical RFEs was more about the new contractors. That has subsided and it seems like they (contractors) have figured out the process. Then there will always be people who don't understand the documents telling what immunizations are required. It seems to me that your wife's are complete. Those are the shots my husband got. So did you just submit the 3025 instead of the I-693? Did you write anything like, "In accordance with XXX, we don't need the I-693?"
I think I may try to submit her AOS without the I-693 because I can't take off of work this week and the nearest CS is about 1.5 hours away.

Sorry for the 20 questions, but do I even need to submit the I-693? The instructions for the 693 states:
pg 4. 3.2.c.b'Even if a new medical examination os not required, you still must show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original, overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the vaccination report completed by a designaed civil surgeon. In this case, you are required to submit part 1, Part 2 and Part5 of the FORM I-693.'
I have a good DS-3025 from her medical in Korea. The above paragraph makes me think that I don't even need to send an I-693 since I have a good 3025.
Thoughts??? I'd like to avoid paying money to a doctor that isn't my doctor (my doctor is free).
