Mom got a job interview and starts at end of the month It has paid health insurance

I don't remember seeing anything called a "green card fee" ??

What form (I-? ) and associated fee are you referring to?

My wife's mother was approved for her I-130 visa and we brought her home two weeks ago.She just received her  S S card in mail today. Is there more she needs to do ?? Does she need to do a medical here ? Does she need to apply for PR card etc. Thanks in advance 

My wife has applied for a visa to bring her mother here to US. The visa interview has been scheduled for the end of August. I know there is a courier fee. Is there a fee for the interview? Is there a fee for the visa? Is there a fee for the medical at St.Lukes? What does she need to bring to the medical? Thank You All in advance

My wife filed a form I-130 for her mother. We recieved a letter stating the petition was approved several weeks ago. Her mother hasn't received anything. What is next ? Should we be doing something ? Thank You

It was two or three weeks after biometrics

My wifes interview was also 4/18 at Philly. All went well for her and she passed too. Her oath will also be close to our home 5/30. Everyone there was very nice. Even security tried to provide a happy atmosphere as much as thier job allowed You dont see that often. The only complain I can come up with is the parking.

Thank you for the replies .We will file the I90. If I am correct there will be a biometric for both the I90 and the N400 ? I can send a copy of the NOA from the I90 in the N400 application .Can i use that for the N400 biometric or what do I do if my new card doesnt arrive in time?

What about sending a copy of the approval letter for the card and a xopy of the paper that came with the card that has the numbers and barcodes ?

My wife is about to file her N400 and we can't find her card ! We have her approal letter for ROC and the envelope the card came in and the paper the card was attached to.She also has her expired card from before ROC. Can she still file the N400 with a copy of her expired card ? Will she have to have a replacement card befor biometrics and interview ?

My sister in The Philippines has a bank account there (BOP) and I would like to transfer from my bank here to hers there. Have any of you done this ? Pros & Cons ? I know there are other ways. Thank You

We just got an approval letter today ! I said I was approved 7/17/2013 . I wasnt expecting anything for another month or so. This is great news. You can add us to the Vermont list

Like the I 751 can you file the N-400 90 days before the three years are up having come to US on a K-1 ? I think I need to wait til the full 3 yrs from Aos aproval date,correct ?

Yes we are way past this. Lol. A friend of my wife is asking her and she is asking me I told her my mind is on ROC. Lol

How often can you change your interview date ? Can you call embacy 24 hrs ?

The adoptive parents are unable to have children of thier own They have been sending money regularlly for thier sons care.I have been going over this in my mind for quie awhile I dont know what I would decide if this were my wife and I and an adopted child .Choosing wheather to be here and much better off to provide for our child or being with him and not to be able to provide a well ? He is being well cared for by the grandmother but my feelings say to be with the child but my brain says he would be better off withe the funds he can be provided from being here. I truely understand our governments reasoning for the rules for this but as with most issues it isnt always black and white. I feel it should be decided on a case by case decision.
