Does change of adress slow down my CR1 petition visa???

I sent my I-130 on Dec 4 and received an NOA1 on the 12th of dec....i guess im lucky....can anyone make a prediction on when im gonna get my NOA2???.....thankyou

I alo have a question on wether the K3 is god option or should i just stick with my CR1????

I just got married 2 months ago in Nairobi and im in California trying to find out as much information about the whole proces as i can. I sent my I-130 Dec 4 2009 and reveived my NOA1 Dec 12 2009...I also filled out the the I129f and have the whole packet ready to be sent out but im not sure if I should because I keep reading that the K3 i'snt such a good idea anymore...I also heard that the nairobi embassy asks for DNA which costs 1000 extra...so if anyone can give me afew tips about how i can prevent that from happening. And if anyone can give me any tips about anything that i should be aware of throughout my whole process i would very much appreciate it.

Im filling out the I-129f for my SPOUSE and in the insctructios it says that if I am filling it out for a spouse i answer questions 17b and 18b as "N/A".....but question 17b asks wether or not we are related and (we kind of are) i was wondering wether i should put N/A or actually aswer the question?

Your sister can be a co-sponsor, but can't co-sign anything. She must separately complete the I-864, and you must do one also. It will not delay processing.
