    hi. My husband and I just got married in the Philippines and we're in the US now. Im on vacation right now and going back to the Philippines in 2 weeks to start with the processing of the CR1. Will it help him get an attorney for the papers or we can do it ourselves? And how long is the usual process time for the spousal visa? Thank you for you time.
