I'm sorry you haven't received your packet yet. I'm sure it is frustrating. I wish Manila was as organized. They send no packets at all. You have to just guess and hope that VJ info is up to date as to what to bring/supply. I'm sure you'll get your stuff soon, and will probably still beat me.
