i haven't seen it in writing but according to the experts on here the signed documents need to be the original. Mine were and of course don't know what would have happened if they were scanned. It sucks to have to pay 50 bucks to fed ex them in a timely manner. Good luck.

Great news, she passed her interview it was very easy and quick, three simple questions. Her visa was delivered on Saturday after her interview Tuesday(really fast). I am flying on the 31st and we will travel back home on the 7th of June. Can't believe its over, but i sure am glad. We will do the CFO while we are there in Manila. I really don't think the process would have gone so smooth without all the help i have had from this sight. It is truly a great resource and i hope i can help someone in the future. I'm so excited, my fiance just passed her medical today at St. Lukes. It was a long couple of days for her, but we are both glad no sputum culture.

Her interview is April 27th.

I just got off the phone with the embassy there. Our petition arrived there on march 29 and i called and got an appointment no problem. They did ask if my fiance received a letter and i said yes(little white lie). Anyway they had dates available as soon as wednesday of this week. I scheduled Mylene's for april 27th. She has her medical tuesday this week so we have our fingers crossed that will all go well.

Great news yesterday i received a text while i was watching a basketball game from the USCIS. When i got home and checked my email our NAO2 was there. Congrats to all that have received theirs and hoping for speedy approvals for everyone else.

well got my NOA1 hard copy in the mail today, 2 weeks exactly after i sent it. The date of action was 3 days after i sent. Hopefully the processing times aren't going to slow down too much, VSC has been turning them around in 2 months or so lately. Lets keep it up guys.

check cashed and NOA1 online now the long wait begins...well at least we know it got there ok

No not at that stage yet, i think they are sent to the embassy when you get packet 3/4 just before the interview
