@ SimpleMacy : - Any income which your fiance receives can be counted as an income for affidavit of support. Yes, affidavit of support is very strict and if your fiance doesn't meet the 120% poverty requirement then you will be denied. Your fiance should be able to provide for his family (Dependent) and you. If his doesn't cover it, then you need a co - sponsor.
