Just sent my ROC package about 2 hours ago!
Came in at about 2.5 inches thick, and a little over 3 pounds. Should arrive this Thursday. Hopefully CSC kicks in gear as most of April filers are still waiting for their NOAs

Has anyone submitted a check (other than the actual payment) or a copy of a check with both names on it as evidence?

Copy-paste from USCIS' website:
Edition Date :
04/11/13. USCIS will accept editions dated 01/12/11 and later until June 15, 2013. After June 15, 2013, we will only accept the 04/11/13 edition.
From what I can see, the two forms are identical except the format, plus the updated version has a field for email address (always a good thing - the old version didn't have that).

Just a heads up to anyone working on the Removal of Conditions package.......the form changed 4-11-13. I don't think I would submit the package using the old form. It states that it expired 1-31-13.

I brought my wife to the U.S. on a K-1 visa in September 2010. We've been married over a year now. She has her Permanent Resident card (expires 07-14-13) and combination Employment Authorization & Advance Parole card (expires 04-11-12). I think she is now eligible to apply for a Social Security Number. I'm just a little lost on the next step toward citizenship. Also, how does renewing the Perm Res card fit in? Thanks for the help.

My wife just received her Employment Authorization Card. Close to the bottom it also states
"Serves As I-512 Advance Parole". I think it's a dual purpose card. I want to be sure I'm correct about this (for obvious reasons). Is she clear to travel outside the country now and return, with only her passport and this card?

Hi guys,
I searched this topic a lot but couldn't find a case that matched ours. My wife (then fiancée) entered the US on a K-1 visa. Now we're married and filing the AOS forms. On the I-131, under Application Type in part 2, which do we choose? Looks like (d), but obviously I want to be sure. Thanks.........

Yes you have to update this. You have to treat this G-325a as a brand new one. If she has changed her last name to yours then use that on all the forms as well. That way she will have her new name on the GC. Put in all the new info as it is now!
The beneficiary is the only one who has to file a G-325a

Do we update the information on the G-325a (for instance, we're married now, her address has changed), or do we use the same information as when we filed the original petition? Also, do we file a G-325a for each of us, or just the beneficiary?

Does anybody have any assembly tips for this? I used prong fasteners and tabs for the original I-129F petition. Have others used that for Packet 4? Thanks......
