Hi everyone....I am losing my patience... .my fiance in India has not yet received her packet 3. I emailed the embassy last week and they said they sent out packet 3 on March 19th. How long does mail usually take from Delhi to Punjab?

How do you know if the embassy got the paperwork? I called the delhi embassy and they kept on transferring me to different numbers and then finally the person on the phone said call between 2-4:30pm delhi time....it drove me insane...........is it the same for you guys out there?

Hey do you guys know how long it takes to process an RFE. I sent mine in on Feb 26th and they received it on the 3rd and also got a touch on the 4th but no approval yet

AR and MD......I got the email/text on 3/3/10 saying my case is now resumed. Does this mean the touch I got today is an Approval??? If it is then I'm definitely opening that bottle of champagne tonight!!!

Amars ! From your timeline I see you sent back the RFE on 27 th. Since then I see you got 2 touches. Did you receive the email from Uscis stating : Case processing has resumed ? When ? The 1 st touch you got ( 3 rd March ) could be them sending you this same email I mentioned above. The 2 nd touch could be your approval. We received the email yesterday but we were approved the day before.

dev23j ! Uscis approved us 1 day after they received our RFE response. I think you' ll be fine with the evidences you included in your package this time. There is a lot of prove and there shouldn' t be a problem.

ahhh so I got a text/email from USCIS today.....and it was.....................wait for it..................an RFE

Im pissed I got an RFE but im also happy that they actually did something with my petition....

Guess I have to wait what the RFE is for....Hopefully from this point on it will go quickly....

I also sent in my petition on Nov 9th 2009 and still have not gotten my NOA2 yet.

According to the time line I should have received my NOA2 by now but I don't know whats going on....

I'm trying really hard to be patient....

Still no touches since Monday 8th Why so long? I sent my application in on the 9th of Nov.....

Now, how long can a RFE delay the whole thing ? How long does it take for USCIS to send a RFE and how long it takes for them to receive it ? How long it normally takes for USCIS receiving a RFE until the final approval ?

Ok, what is going on with our petition ? Most of people on here who got touches last week got approved already, received their hardcopy already too. Any ideas, anyone ?

Even in case of a denial or a RFE we would hear something from USCIS by now ?

What a mess. I feel we are stuck. People are getting approved left and right. There is even a December filer ( on Igor' s list ) getting a NOA 2. This is so frustrating.

I got a touch on the 02/05/2010 and 02/08/2010 but nothing after that so far ...is it normal to get multiple touches before the NOA2?
