  1. I think they will give you some instructions with the packet 3 on what to do with your affidavit. In Auckland, at least, you take it with you to the interview...

Happy Wednesday, November filers! Let's have another day of rollin' em out! I'll be on coffee and bagel duty today.

    thank you:)

i hope here is the same.. :)

I've researched this one and it needs to be the original signed copy. Also you need to send the original signed employment letter and bank letter. No scanned or emailed copies for this one.

thats what i thought...it would be much easier just to scanned them and e-mailed..but its ok :)

thank you for the info :)

  2. You need to prove what you wrote on the I-134 form, meaning you need documents that prove your sponsor and co sponsor's income. Also, since the consulate has information only about your fiance at this time, you will need to send basic citizenship proof of your co sponsor; generally a passport copy will do.

In my case, my co sponsor did not have a passport, so I sent copy of her birth certificate and driver's license and it was accepted (Brazil consulate). For income proof, we sent W2's and full copy of the tax papers just in case, some of the pay stubs to show the most recent incomes, and a letter from their employer saying that they work in their place, doing what, how (full time, part time, etc...) and earning a estimative of how much per year.

    This could help too:

And check your "Portals" section up on the menu to find people from your country who have already done the interview and knows exactly what is accepted in Macedonia. It helped me to get more calm and sure about what I was doing, at least.

thank you very very much :)

and for other people from my country..the problem is that there is no many people applying from macedonia

there is few...from couple years ago, and that's it!

but thanks anyway..i think this info you gave me, will help a lot!

  3. hi everybody!

we had been approved finally last night...:dance:

now i am trying to get all the documents for the interview :) , at least the one that left..

about affidavit of support... my fiance has two part-time jobs!

my question is...except the form I-134..what else she needs to send me???

bank account, some tax forms, what???

we gona have a co-sponsor too...her mum... she needs to get the same documents right?

hope, the rest of the jurney will go very very fast :)

wish you all a good day...i am going to prepare my self for the interview...lol ;)

  5. as you can see in my time line really im so sad and worried , as you know i see alot of people from my date and and before and after get approved , but my case dont touch even since along time , really im so dipressed now ( sad )

don't worry..i am the same date..and still waithing!!!

i think most of our date is on hold..but tmrw starts a new week..and finger crossed ;), we should get some positive news :)

    good luck tmrw :)

  6. I hope not! And even if it does result in an RFE, you shouldn't have that much of an additional delay. As long as y'all are speedy about sending the corrected form back, no more than an extra month (not that an extra month is a great outcome or anything...) Try not to fret about it too much; nothing to be done about it now....

I'm hoping that you'll be here in time to "enjoy" the entire sweltering FL summer! Thank goodness for A/C!

month!?!?!? as i can see on other people who get they rfe...if they respond fast...

it will take them max two weeks before they get they noa2...

to be honest...i am praying even for rfe now...at least someting , just to know they are aware of us :)

at least i will know on what i am standing at :)

good luck to all nov. in this last week of feb. :)

  7. @Leptir

    messenger shoot Dont the.

Please rearrange the above words into the correct order. (Humour, must control it.)

    lol :)

dont worry...as soon as i get my noa2 ..i'm buying you a big case of bear ;)

I think everyone here knows how you feel Leptir. Absolutely it hurts. I won't tell you to be patient, or some other cliche' saying, but you are among people who feel your pain. We are going through it together. So hang in there kitty. :P (lol lied about the cliche').

hahaha...i know... well as long we can make fun on this is good :)

just hope it want last long... :)

  8. Today the 18th Feb 2010 at 4:25 EST there has been no activity for Nov 3rd 2009 EAC100235xxxx filers.

    JOY!

man, you are still killing me ;)))))...when is gonan be the good news for us ..lol

it looks like nov2 and nov3 ..get stuck for real... all this things starts to get really annoying...

i thought that on the west, u take a number and u stand in line..but it looks like opposit..u have to fight for your place... :(

everyday i wake up, with a thought the night to come, 'cos i know another day has past without me being with the love of my love,

and that is just destroying me!!!

even i know all this, one day, will be behind us...still it hurts...

  9. YOU NOVEMBER CREW! I have just got my hands on your all singing and dancing, code breaking, super-dooper, jaw dropping spreadsheet! What genius did this? Was it you Miss Jess? Who ever it was clearly has the skill set to be the head of any government department (fancy heading up VSC?) or multi-national of their choosing! The FBI is not out of the question. I am gobsmacked!

I am formally thanking you and all the workers bees who put this together, for the merry hours of distraction it will give me to obsess over. I have posted it on our Octoberarians thread to keep the troops there happy, and wish to nominate myself as President of your official fan club.

lol...i believe everyone here will vote for you..soo officialy we can give you the title President :)

but now you gonna have to represent us in VSC ;)

'cmon people let release some more energy, and push the NOVEMBERS ON...

it looks like we have more than double petitions than octobars and december :(

so logically, it would be better for them to get rid of us as soon as possible, and then relax with the rest :P

  10. You could enter the US on the day the visa expires if you like. Upon entering the US, the foreign beneficiary will receive an entry stamp (the I-94) in his/her passport which will expire in 90 days (that is your clock to get married within). Check your calendar for correct dates.

thanks a lot Otto und Karin :)

i tought the same..but wasnt sure...this help us a lot...

  11. hi guy's.. one question.

me and my fiancee (after receving k1 visa), want to stay in europe for few months before going back in usa, and get are wedding done.

so the question is... how long we can prolong wth time, before entering the usa soil...i know k1 visa is for 6 months, and we need to get married, in 90 days!

so if we receive our visa, in let say end of march wink.gif , would be ok, if i enter usa soil, let say end of august.. and than do our wedding in oct smile.gif

    thanks in advance smile.gif

  13. Quick question. If you received an RFE for something you know you included already, like for example proof of meeting in last 2 years. Lets say you sent in pictures, boarding passes, and hotel receipts.

Would you be upset that maybe the adjudicator was simply trying to get a file off his/her desk and was easier then actually processing it to send out rfe?

Or would be relieved that your case has changed status and that it is an easy fix maybe to send more pictures, or something?

i believe that in situation we all are...even an RFE would be welcome :)

as i can see..all aplicants that receive RFE..they been approved in 2-3 weeks..

better knowing u will receive NOA2 soon..than like this...everyday shooting empty cans ;)

  14. Holy freaking hell!!!! I got the NOA2!!!! Oh, my goodness. I thought it was an RFE about me checking the wrong box on the birth certificate section.

I might actually make it for the June wedding and not have my sister want to kill me for messing up her wedding plans. :P

olalala...finally good news for u bacon..been reading your posts with joy last few weeks :)

good luck...hopefully soon mine will come too

    :)
