Are you getting any where with your case? I came for his interview in July and am still in Morocco for Ramadan: they say ours went back and i need to call the 800 number which of course does not work out of the US; I had the 4 pqge RFE and over 25 pounds of eveidence last February just to get this far and it is so discouraging

THEY SEEMED TO THINK HE MADE ME CHANGE TO ISLAM BUT THEY DID NOT ASK ME THEY WERE NOT RUDE BUT ADIL SAYS IT SEEMED THEY HAD DECIDED TO DENY US BEFORE HE WENT TO INTERVIEW I AM HERE THRU ALL RAMADAN BUT EMBASSY WILL NOT TALK TO ME LIKE MY LAWYER AND SENATOR HAVE REQUESTED

I ONLY KNOW CO SAID THEY COULD NOT STOP IT FROM GOING BACK I WOULD GET MORE QUESTIONS ALTHOUGH NO ONE HAS READ ANY OF THEM HE SAID IN 60 DAYS I WILL GET RFE AND HAVE TO RESPOND THEN IF I ANSWER ALL USCIS WILL OVERRIDE EMBASSY AND APPROVE VISA HE ANSXERED AN HOUR OF EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE THEY ASKED WHAT WAS MY CHRISTAINITY BEFORE I MET HIM I TURNED TO ISLAM 2 MONTHS BEFORE I MET ADIL

i do know about waiting we have been from beginning of april 2010 for CR 1 and interview tomorrow: our K 1 went in july 2009 and we were deined: they did not give us a reason just told us to marry and do CR 1

I got his POW and took here to my bank (credit Union) they said i needed ITIN so when I did my taxes, I applied for it. So, now you wait for notice of interview date? If it was completed at NVC, they should have sent notice of interveiw date and time. sorry i tried to find your quesiton and it was disappeared from the main screen.
