  1. You are not going to live in US beyond 6 months, as stamped in your passport. You will have a roblem when you transfer from B1 to H1, they can question you for mis-representation and why were u looking for job when you were in US on B1.

Best option for you is to return back in July when you B1/B2 expires and then when your employeer files for H1 and gets H1 you reneter on your new H1b later.

  2. hey guys!!!

i got the email for my AOS bill and the agent forms!!! but what is the BEST thing to do with this??

for the agent, HE has to MAIL it to the NVC??? from the country abroad?? i cannot do it for him??? you cannot email that form at all to the NVC???

for AOS, just pay online, then, once the money says paid, new instructions will be given to you????

My husband just filled out the form & signed, scanned, and emailed to NVC from his email address we gave NVC. They accepted it and we got the IV bill 2 days later.

Make sure you include your NVC Case #, petitioner's name & DOB, and beneficiary name & DOB in your email.

  3. NVC finally received our case Friday. My hubby and I are wondering about the docs we need to send into NVC for his ds230.

Does NVC take notarized duplicates of the birth certificate and marriage license from India? I am not talking about a photocopy but a duplicate copy with notary seal & signed by notary. We just are not sure if we have to have original. I already sent a notarized duplicate with our USCIS application. I assume that got forwarded to NVC

Anyone else in the same situation???
