I am applying for my mothers Citizenship. she is above 70 will she have to give the english test?

She has had her green card for almost 10 years now

I apllied for my wifes Citizenship and on April 15th USCIS website is saying

On April 15, 2013, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was placed in line for interview scheduling.

But I still havent received any interview dates? Does anyone know how long it takes. By the way the fiel office is Newark NJ

I submitted my Wifes N-400 form and she got 2 letters back.

1 was the Biometric appointment

but the seond one states "Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify our office at the address or phone number listed below if there are any changes"

My question is does everyone get this letter and what do i need to do with it do i have to reply back to them or just leave it

I am preparing my wifes documents. have to file by Feb 15th. following is what I am including please let me know if I am missing anything

• Copy front and back of the Green Card of WIFE

• Copy of HUSBAND and WIFE Marriage Certificate

• Copy of WIFE's Birth Certificate

• Copy of Husbands prior divorce decrees

• Original IRS TAX Transcript of Joint Tax returns f

2009, 2010, 2011

• Copy of our Bank Statement showing Joint Account

• Copy of Comcast Bill showing a joint account

• Copy of PS&G Bill showing a joint account

• Copy of United Health Care card for whole family

Hi all this forum has been very helpful I was getting ready to file my Wifes N400 form. Had couple of questions

1st she got her green on May 15th 2010, can we file N400 on Feb 15th?

2ndly we took about 7 trips to Canada during these 3 years

1. I dont remember the exact dates we took the trip

2. Do i need to count those days and include them meaning if it is 15 days althogether do i now file on March 1st

She never used the passport on those trips and there are no stamps do i need to mention them on the N 400?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

No stamps coming or going from Canada. They only ask for Green Card.

I am applying for my mother and she has visited Canada quite often because all my family lives there but I have never kept track of her coming and going so how do I provide exact dates? Do they even have dates and do I have to mention that she has visited Canada so often

Information About your children-List All your Children

My question is I have a son from previous marriage who lives with me. Do I need to state him also in this section. He was born in USA. And I have a daugther with my current wife for whome I am filing I-751. I know I will have to state her in that section. But do I also have to fill out my sons info.

Any help will be appreciated.

hello everyone, I am getting ready to file my wifes I-751 and saw this thread. My question is we moved in Sept of 2010 and i wasnt aware I had to file I-865. Is it to late to file that and what are the consequences if I dont file that.

I have also received a letter on my old address and what is AR-11?

ok finally got the email from NVC interview scheduled for March 18th. I sent the Medical Exam PDF to my wife found at Islamabad Embassy website

Wanted to find out hoiw many days before the interview should she go for Medical Exam. And will they give her the results or send themselves.

i got the login fail last monday on Jan 25th. How long does it take to schedule the interview for islamabad.

Got an email last night with a Checklist and when i called just now the lady said that is a false Check list your CASe is complete with NVC and you will ghet your Interview date once the slot opens up in the ISLAMABAD embasy

MQ CONGRATS!!!!!. Now we wait for the interview date.

exactly one week after u did. Jan 12th and delivered on Jan 13th. Now i will not even try checking until u get yours completed

dont worry u will get your login fail before me. No i didnt call them i was multitasking and keyed ine one letter wrong. So I am not done behind you
