how do i send her back to her country?

hi, recently, as i mentioned my fiancée left and she told me she went to Canada. She did not tell me how she got into Canada. I don't know was she really there or not. A few days ago she called me said she wants to come back to the US and get married with me. what should i do at this point. She made me don't trust her anymore by left me for a month. Now her K1 visa have a few weeks to expire. She sounds like just trying to beg me to help her get the green card. Advice please thanks.

How lightly she could get a Canada visitor, or temporary resident visa from the Canada in her current situation? She is Vietnamese citizen and has K1 visa stamp on her Vietnam passport. She keeps on telling me she is in Canada now. She left me about 18 days now.

one more thing to be worried about is she might try to file claim abuse against me. i m just assuming she might. she can make up story and thing like that. if she really does, will i be notified by the USCIS on her action? should i do something ahead to protect me from her claim?

no, i m not the female in this situation. i am her fiance. she left me for over a 15 days now. She did not tell me when she is. now i m here to try to figure out all potential steps she might take to make her dream come truth without me.

so is it possible to go pass the Vancouver B.C border by go through the mountain? if she really made it through. can she become a legal residence later by merry someone else in Canada?

I am afraid she lied to me about where she is. She is probably still in the US and lied about she went to Canada. I think she probably hide in the US even her K visa expired and remain in the US to find someone else to get married and adjust her statue.

Hi, Thanks ahead for reading this post and any advices would be appreciated. My fiance entered the US as a K1 Visa holder. Her k Visa now only has one more month before it s expired. We did not get married until now. Recently me and her got into a big argument and she left me to stay with her friend in the US instead of staying with me. She refused to let me know her friend, her address, and phone number. Now I have no way to find out where she is. What will happen if her K visa expire at the end of the month. Also what will happen if we still don't get married and I still have no way to find out where she is? Please help thanks.
