    He was denied and now we have to file for a waiver. HE was denied because he was arrested for the crime, even though he did not serve any jail time just one year probation they still denied him but he is eligible for a waiver.

    Hi I just wanted to stop by and tell you the great news, The 3 year band has been lifted, it is no longer 3 years anymore, it is 1 year, and since one year has passed I am now free to apply as soon as I get married. I had to speak to a lawyer and pay $75.00 for a 5 minute conversation to find this out, but it was all worth it.       Was not approved just yet got a blueslip my husband was charged 12 years ago with the laicious intent to inflict physical harm and destruction of gov't property what happened was he threw a rock at the bus shattered a window and almost hit a lady in the face with the rock. he was 19 years old they want court records showing the charge and the sentence, which was 1 yr probation before they make they final decision.
