I just don't understand, 485 is based on 130, how come 130 still at initial review, but 485 got approved ?

Why USCIS updated 485 status, but never updated 130 status. They should approve 130 first, then 485.

I got EAD and AP approved notices, probably I'm the slowest case in November now, but today I'm happy

we just got an RFE .. they just emailed it so I don't know what it is just yet.. =(

I received biometrics letters yesterday ( with appointment date 12/15/2009 ), and I did a walk-in biometrics today. Just found that there are LUD on I-485 and I-765 tonight , and unfortunately I got a RFE on my I-485

Just received my NOAs for I-131 and I-765, but nothing for I-485!? And the number from the beck side of my cleared check give me this:"Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again..." on USCIS site.

Anybody have any ideas?

Congrats on the NOAs. I think the case numbers are following each other. So for your I-485, I would try both numbers after and before your other receipt numbers. Just a thought. Hope this helps.

My NOA for I-765 is MSC- xx-xxx-xxx07, for I-131 is MSC- xx-xxx-xxx08, case number on my check is MSC- xx-xxx-xxx03, and I also tried: MSC- xx-xxx-xxx06 and MSC- xx-xxx-xxx09

I-485 case number is MSC- xx-xxx-xxx04 : Add 1 to the number of the number back of your check

I-765 case number is MSC- xx-xxx-xxx07

I-131 case number is MSC- xx-xxx-xxx08

I-485 biometrics case number is MSC- xx-xxx-xxx11

its been 15 days since we sent our package

checks still not cashed, no noa recieved either

start getting really worried

Do you have a tracking number? Double check with your courier and see the status of your package. Hope you sort it out soon. Good luck!

teh thing is we dont have the tracking number

we gave the package to the staff in an ups store and they sent it as a regular package

cant get the track of the package now

i will check with my courier

i think they had a time off because of the thanksgiving+ black friday tho =P

but i noticed they cashed ur check on 18th

check cashed usually means they accept ur case

i think u should be fine tho

it might be the dilivery problem

Finally got my NOA today, with notice date 11/18, the same date they cashed the check. Dont know why it took

10 days for NOA to arrive, it supposed to arrive within 2 days according to the distance
