hi guys is it possible that we can trace or track our papers going to US embassy, coz until now they don't have it in their hand. Is there anyone who can give us contact number where we can trace it. Coz it's been a week now but it's not yet arrive. thank you

I would have your congressman check into it. Look up the website for your congressman and they usually have an online form. And they have staff that spend their whole day responding to requests like these. You're almost at the 5 month mark, that's when USCIS says how long you should wait before contacting them regarding your case.
thank you, i think it will help us a lot. Actually we're planning to do call a senator for a help. and you're right i read about that we have to wait for our 5th month before we call USCIS again. but hopefully they will give us a feedback. hi guys please help us we're waiting for NOA2 for so long, we filed our case last November 16,2009 but we don't have any news from USCIS regarding our case. It's been a long time and this coming April 16 will be our 5th month.

in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America

Hello I need help on what are the right documents that I need to send for bringing my parents here in US.
I was told by a friend who did processed the same that I need this following:
form I130
G-1145
Naturalization certificate
US Passport Birth certificate
3yrs Tax return Bank statement
bills that under my name
From my mother or father:
Copies of.. Birth certificate,
Passport
Marriage certificate
NBI- 'green color for abroad, not the yellow. Include all legal and valid identifications documents.. Just additional evidence.
any help will be greatly appreciate it.
I just want to make sure that those are correct and I need all of them as first step of processing.
I've read from USCIS that I only need I 130, certificate of naturalization or passport, my parents birth certificate and marriage license and of course the fee.
