Hi everyone my case left NVC on Dec 12 to New Delhi. I had sent in my ds230 on nov 7th. Case got completed on Dec 4th and left NVC on Dec 12th. I am glad it is over..

My case got completed yesterday dec 4th 2006. NVC had recieved my DS230 on Nov 7th... I think they do take entire 4 weeks...

i think they are waiting for full 4 weeks to be completed so by 7th dec they should complete the review. you know what i always get a arrogant operator each time i call so i don't call that much.but i did call today again and got the same answer still under review, so lets hope they give me some good news soon but i doubt it....

my ds230 was entered in system on nov 7th and the system still says some documents are missing. iam hoping to hear good news soon. it has been 3 weeks today. I spoke with operator at nvc and they said to wait 4 weeks or little bit more because of holiday.

then she says they will send it to embassy and notify me via mail...i checked dec interviews in delhi and they are already schduled so i am hoping jan or feb.

i am petitioning for 2 people under ir5 catagory for parents.

Hi just called NVC they said i have to wait 4weeks for ds230 review to be complete. i have noticec several people got thier cases completed.hoping it to be this week. i mailed ds230 on nov 3 and they put it in system on nov 7. Did anyone else got approved recently.

anyone from delhi embassy. is the city name going to be new delhi on auth for release of taxdata.

Do we need to send in new 1-864ez form or still old one when we generate forms using james shortcut..

did you emailed the form ds 3032 or just email saying to accept choice of agent.

How many days it takes NVC to respond to email regarding choice of agent and also another ?...i am having trble copy pasting barcode..what should i do

I just called nvc and spoke with very nice operator who told me that my case number got assigned...and also she said that fpr parents we only need to send 1 70$ fee for choice of agent.. sje says usually people send not knowing send two fees but we can clip both forms and put in one envelope and send one fee.

you email them @ NVCINQUIRY@state.gov and theyr replied back to me within 3 days..

I just got email from NVC today that they have recieved my case and they will try to enter it into thier system and assign case number soon

Hi i just called nvc and spoke with operator they have not gotten my case yet but i had asked her that my folks do not speak english and can i be there agent she said they need original form signed from them. i said is it ok if they fax it she said no so how do they accpet emailed choice of agent...

ANYONE OUT THERE WHOSE CASE( I-30) GOT APPROVED ON SEP 1 AND HAD REACHED NVC ALREADY..

( i am not crazy but this has happened to me before. my fiance's petetion got approved and it never reached NVC 5-6 weeks passed i called them and they had no record so i called csc and spoke with ins officer little did i know they had consolidated my file within and never sent it to nvc but after 8 weeks they got it when CSC finally fixed thier bobooooo...)

I received a letter stating that they received my petition September 5 and they would send it out within a week. When I try to get information by calling, they say they have no record of my number so they have not received my petition yet. Anyone else having this problem?

You need to speak with live operator i have had this experience before...

did you check through automated service or spoke with operator.......

Hi my parents case got approved on sept 1 just wondering by when nvc wil have thier case in thier system and yes our case was touched again after approval on sep 7th.

I-30 recievd to csc on 06-14-06.

notice of approval on 09-01-06.

I need some advice my bother got married to girl for whom he petioned and now she has a 2 year greencard. well anyways their marriage is over app he found out that she has fiancee back home basically she married my brother just to come here.they have separated.now he does not want to file for a divorce and he wants her to file a divorce but she says she will not do it if she does she will not get a greencard so she is not going to do it.

Hi i have to provide affidavit of support for my parents but my income last year was not enough due to an accident. i only worked few months. Now can i use my brother as co-sponsor even though he does not live with me.
