How did your daughter acquired her green card through you? Base on your timeline you got you GC 2009. If soo you supposed to remove your conditional residence 2011 together w/ her.

We came here not the same time. I came first at June 3, 2009, then my son Sept 25, 2010 and daughter April 19, 2011. That's why our papers process is separate.

My husband petition both of my kids.

Please anyone can advise me, I have a big problem with my daughter. She is 17 years old and her 2 years residence card gonna expires on April 19,2013. The problem is she lives together with my niece in MISSOURI. We need to remove her condition of her status because she only have 2 years but I'm confuse me and my husband together with my son we live here in CALIFORNIA. Can she file by her on there in MO. or I'm the one will file for her? Please help me any advise. When she moves she filed also the changed of address there. It's a long story very complicated my husband don't want the attitude of my daughter and she won'y listen to us.
Who's gonna file her papers and where? Please help.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I just got an e-mail and text from USCIS: WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! The card production was ordered last night. Hopefully I get it before leaving for our trip to Costa Rica, December 15th. I AM SOOOOO HAPPY!!!

Yes, it is OK to travel with your expired green card, just make sure to bring your one year extension letter.
I just came back from my home country last Saturday, and all did was show my GC and letter.

I did my biometric on September 28, 2011 and we are going to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for family vacation Next month . I received my 1 year extension letter
from USCIS. Is that okay to have a vacation on my situation? Please advise.

I filled I-751 for my daughter's papers last month. I send April 15, 2013. Still waiting for NOA.
