      Hi Shedn, yes I applied for I-131, no additional payment needed, it won't hurt if you would file. I file in case of emergency reasons.

    just wondering..we are completing the forms needed for the AOS..do we need to send evidences/documents/photos to prove our relationship/marriage or it's just the forms & supplements + filing fee that we need to send??..are the evidences of our relationship/marriage needed whenever we would file for Removing of Conditions(after 2 years)??thanks..God bless!!

      I didn't send any photos, just make sure you filled up the forms well, I-485, I-864 include the supporting docs like pay stubs, W2's and tax returns. I did go to the civil surgeon for the transcription of my vaccinations records.

      That's really crazy this is all messed up... Sorry to hear about this Mel. The post office don't forward mail if it has " return service requested" even though you change your address at the Post Office. Maybe they send your GC just after you moved. I hope you get this stuff settled and get your GC soon. TC!
