I would file a complaint as quick as u can...ride this #######..his wrong u are allowed to visit the usa with proof of ties and they to treat u with respect at al times,i would find ou his supervisors name and have a little chat on the way back or get hubby to a very one sided conversation

Hi ....i would import under your name...then there is no taxes as ur moving personal affects..if need be u can transfer the title once ur in the usa...just need the letter from the car maker saying it meets all us standards and no recalls..and boom ur don. takes about 15mins at the poe..

I know how you feel we filed in Feb and still have not got an interview date..the ead and ap is on its way...but i am like you just want to move on for a while and not have to worry when the next RFE is going to come!!

but ya we all get though it...smile today is another day !!

YIPPEEEEEEEEE AT LAST EAD AND AP APPROVED!!! NOW I CAN START LOOKING FOR WORK AND BECOME A NORMAL PERSON AGAIN!!!!

We did get another I-693 done and it was sent in the org package as well as the ds3035 and my wifes last 3 year transcripts from IRS and a completed return as per there instructions.

they even told the congressman office that they had all they need....then another RFE

oh ya...lol..seems to depends on what mood the person is in when crosses there desk....the Medical is the big one at present. hit or miss.

gee what week last week 2 RFE's, portsmouth kicked out the prem leauge...3 job offers ...lol

but still have a smile on here!!!!

LOL..how very true Tracey......VJ a great place, love it since we started this process. and for the most part i have enjoyed the Immgration process so far. But it does feel sometimes the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing..lol...

That just came from my congress person office...they are reviewing the file to see if they now have anuff information to go forward. ....oh well lets wait and see.

HI ALL....Just got a text saying another RFE issued....we reponsed to one requesting a completed I-693 and another copy of my wives taxes for 2008..which was included in the package....

Contacted my congressman last week regarding the I-693 form as i entered on a K-1 visa married, medical etc all done with the 90 days...she said that USCIS infomed her they had everything that they need...now this?????

our stress levels are so high right now.....what else can we send them???

Does anybody in this area know a civil surgeon that actually knows their role in this matter.. i have contact most of the people listed they all want and say i need to do another medical....why??? shoot we dont really need the I693 form either but we are trying to get it done with out being screwed!!!!!

anyone know of a DR in Oklamhoma who knows what there doing????..also contacted my congress person after i spoke with USCIS ...USCIS said i dont need the I693...does anyone else feel the same way??

i just got the same RFE;'S for the AOS..i contacted the 1-800 and spoke with a supervisor who said that this becoming a problem and they were flsgging it to the next level for investigation....they told me to write a letter stating where i entered, dates another copy of I-94 and request them to contact the border crossing to access the infomation. He said that some officersare unaware K1 medical information...

i am just sending them the letter that i wrote another copy of DS2035...and hope that flies..as for the payroll stuff, tax returns, w2 and a letter from my wifes employer...

Since your close to April - they may be requiring the 2009 tax year - you would have to call them to verify. (all though, according to my understanding, you have till the 15th of April before the current year becomes the recent tax year)

However, you said you sent the "completed form" - do you mean the 1040 she sent or something else, like a printout for Turbo tax? Your best bet is to get the tax transcripts from the IRS - has everything you need.

What the officer stated sounds correct, if you did it within one year (the AOS) of the last medical, you should be gold. You didn't have any missing vaccinations by chance, did you?

HiThanks for the reply..it was the file downloaded from Turbo tax..the completed file that was sent to IRS is my understanding..In regards to the Vaccinations no none missing ..so do i sent another copy of ds 2035 with the letter???

hi EVERYONE..OK I Filed AOS in Feb of this year, we have just gotten a RFE for for

form I 864 - My wife and i sent this form competed with her tax info for 08, did not sent her other years has she filed with her ex husband??? also a letter from her employer and copies of our saving accounts which more than brings her over the min amount need?? so why are they asking for a copy of the Income tax return from the most recent year??.where can my wife get copies of tax return..we sent the W2 for 2008?? what else could they want?

the The RFE is for I693...I sent them my DS-2035 as i only had my medical done on Dec 3, 2009 they are saying that it was signed more than 1 year ago?? amd want me to have a new medicail. I called the USCIS department..spoke with a really nice officer there, who said that i do need need to send in a I-693 form or have a medical has it has been less than a year?? he said to write them a letter stating this and tell them your port of entry and dates and they can access the infomration there???..

The officer said that is this the 3rd call today on the samr K! visa issues

I am really damm confused..any help ..anyone in the same boat??

HI Ya everyone...OK i screwed up on my AOS ..in regards to I693 i sent the vac supplement( from my K1 visa medical) and a draft I693 that was not signed by the doctor, i know duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

should i just wait for the RFE or send in the signed I693 now and explain what happen. ...

any info would be great ...have a safe fun weekend

Hi ya..sort of confused...I filed for EI before i left Canada...now they have sent me a letter saying i cant have claim it.....until i get EAD which is months awaybut others have got EI...what do i need to do claim EI??? have spoken to them they say not until i get EAD ...

I am so damm confused on this matter any help would be great !!!!!!
